"The owner is very kind, considerate and helpful. She offer us pick-up service from the train station and help us with our luggage. Her english is very good so we have no problem with communication. Also if we have a question or a problem we can just contact her via Line/Wechat which is very convenient. Love her so much🥰 . About the house, the location is great. Super near to the bus station , and within walkable range from Miyazu station. We did try to walk to Amanohashidate on foot which is okay but not that recommend on sunny summer day😂 The facilities in the house is more than enough, as if we live in a hotel. The bathroom is shared so we listen to the footstep of other guests and guess when should we go to bath 😆 It is great as it is now but would be better if the curtain in Shirakaba room is thicker to block more light from the outside."

"A 3-minute walk from the JR station. The front desk staff's attitude could be improved for tourists. The price isn't worth it. The hotel has no elevator, and being assigned a room on the 3rd floor made carrying large luggage up and down very inconvenient. The room didn't have a toilet; we had to use the public toilet, but the men's room only had one toilet stall on the entire floor. Furthermore, the hotel didn't have a bathroom; we had to go to a large public bath in another hotel building to shower."

"This is my favorite hotel when I travel abroad! Inside, you can make tea, matcha, and even take a bath! What's amazing is that they have a special flowing water breakfast the next morning! It's delicious! The environment is very quiet! The staff are also incredibly friendly; I really loved it! If you're going to Amanohashidate or Ineko, you can stay here, but it's a bit far! But it's totally worth it! This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in; I really love it and highly recommend it!"

"We chose this hotel because it had a sauna. The room was spacious, allowing us to relax and unwind. Unfortunately, it was drizzling, but we still enjoyed the open-air bath. There was also a bath in the room with natural radon hot spring water, and we warmed up and sweated in the sauna, leaving us feeling refreshed. For meals, we had the crab course and ate an incredible amount of crab. From crab hot pot and rice porridge to crab rice and miso soup for breakfast. The staff were also very pleasant. It was a wonderful trip. Thank you."

"It's beautiful day and night, and the owner is so incredibly kind, it just lifts my spirits. The ryokan itself is beautiful and has a nostalgic feel, which is nice. The next morning, breakfast was delicious and warmed my body. It's about a 10-minute walk from Miyazu Station, and you can catch a bus to Amanohashidate right there on foot. The onsen, which I had to myself, was also great. The bathroom is shared, but I didn't meet anyone else, and it was incredibly clean."

"The information on Ctrip was inaccurate. This hotel actually has rooms in both the main building and annex, but the photos on Ctrip didn't match the actual rooms. My title wasn't quite accurate either. It's quite close to the station, right next to Amanohashidate; you can go there as soon as you step out the door. The owner owns several buildings that house the hotel restaurant and cafe. The rooms are large and clean, and the air conditioning is turned on in advance. There are three sinks, suitable for families. Amenities are complete, and there's even a massage chair. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I booked a one-night stay with two meals, which included a hot spring ticket for each person. The food was okay, but the breakfast was so plentiful we couldn't finish it all."
