"This hotel, Holiday Inn Cortez is on the renovatio. . Room 323 and 325 assigned for our group, but we recognized that we can't stay here right after opened the room door.due to the dust and strong smell from the construction. A front desk staff, Celeste accepted our problems and full refund through trip.com. Cancellation number which was given by her is 78369284. We moved a next hotel, Baymond by Wyndham Cortez and made new reservation two rooms through trip.com."

"I booked this hotel and I was not able to get there. I called to cancel and although they say they speak Spanish, no one could help me in my language. I tried speaking a little English to say that I wanted to cancel the reservation or change it at the same hotel in Gallup. Communication was impossible and they hung up on me. I made the cancellation process through Trip and I have not had a response. I had to make another reservation in Gallup."
