The first room we were given had open bags of food, deck of cards and room keys in it, the second room, the furnace motor was squealing and you had to turn it off, and the shower wouldn't run but a trickle. It is no longer a Best Western, although they are using up Best Western cups, etc., Very pricey for the quality And what you receive."
