The room overlooked the filthy and noisy carpark of the shops at the side. The pool had broken tiles which were sharp. The room was dated with very little crockery and cutlery. 3 glasses for a room for 4 people. This room was extremely overpriced for what it was.

The room provided to us upon arrival bore no resemblance to the one advertised. The listing featured images that clearly showed a water view across the sea, which was the key factor in our decision to book. However, the room we were given had no such view—none that remotely resembled what was pictured. This was not only misleading but felt like a bait-and-switch situation, which it was. When we raised this issue with the property management upon check-in, we were told it was an issue not within their control. Secondly, and even more disruptive, was the fact that for three out of the days we stayed, our holiday was severely impacted by loud and persistent roof repair work taking place directly above our room which vibrated right through the property. These works, involving constant drilling and hammering between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, rendered our room uninhabitable during the day. We were not informed of this planned construction at any point prior to or at the time of check-in. Had we been advised of this in advance, we would never have proceeded with the booking and would have requested a refund immediately. Instead, we were only made aware of the situation when the first day of works began—too late to make any alternate arrangements. This is completely unacceptable. Renting out rooms under such conditions without prior notice to guests is deeply unprofessional. Overall, our experience was extremely disappointing and falls far below the standards any guest can reasonably expect.The misleading room listing and the unannounced nerve-jarring construction works disrupted our holiday and wedding anniversary and reflects poorly on the property.

Worst service you could ever find. Definitely recommend you do not ruin your holiday staying here. Poor communication Poor service Absolute disappointment. At attempting to get a refund again no answer to emails or phone calls. Management simply want your money and are completely unhelpful.

Great location-comfortable unit-2 TV’s. Bed was very good in apartment 12 where we stayed. Pool is heated for cooler months and a good length for taking laps. Management is extremely friendly and helpful. Short walk to beach and many restaurants for choice.

Had a wonderful time here for a 5 night stay. Jackie was most accommodating when I booked direct to explain my mobility issues and as I would spend some time on the balcony a view so I would see the ocean. She kindly made sure the room was high up and I could sit outside and enjoy the view, she also said she would make sure I had a walk in shower. The fire alarm went off whilst I was there and Jackie responded within a couple of minutes and thankfully it was a false alarm, her concern for me to ensure I was ok was appreciated. The one bedroom unit was spotless with all the amenities you could want. I would only ever stay there when I go to Mooloolaba,, location was perfect for me to get around with a walker.

Girls weekend. Perfect location, across the road from the Wharf for restraints, and the beach. Stayed apartment 20. Ocean views. Clean, neat, everything we needed. Check in and check out seamless. Jacqui was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Can't wait to come back.

Mini Break 4 nights We loved our stay, great position, managers are fantastic people working under a lot of duress, owners of unit need to aim up and spend to get the unit up to a standard. A refurb for some units, is definitely overdue. Once that is done we will return

Great location, close to everything in Mooloolaba including the beach, relatively clean but a bit aged in décor, cracks in plaster etc., very aged bathroom, no HANGERS in closets?. Spa is in the pool which was quite good, Spa pictured on roof top is apparently private use only (so why advertise it?). Beds are comfy BUT.... area is too noisy! Traffic, hoons and groups of drunks every night of the week coming mainly from the Surf Club about 200m away. Overall the place was a good 3 stars, location great, but I want to sleep at night.
