"We booked this hotel for a stop over on our way to the south of France. I will start with the one good thing there is, the Spa. We had a very good massage, that was the only moment of the stay we felt we were in a 5 star hotel. For the rest of we think they have themselves their 5 stars. The biggest problem is they are not at all busy with the clients. There is an atmosphere of arrogance which does not make you feel at home at all. When you arrive, nobody to welcome you and pick up your luggage. In the bar after 1 drink you get the bill and also for dinner, we went to the auberge next door as we didn’t feel like having to sit up for a stiff 10 course meal in a Michelin star restaurant , it was so packed with tables they made us sit in the door opening and when we didn’t want that we got a smallest table in the corner where you had to squeeze yourself in the chair. We decided to leave but as this hotel is in the middle of nowhere and it was already after 8, we ended up going to bed without having dinner as there is no roomservice. We will certainly never go there again!"
