必須得給你打滿分。我在拉薩凌晨住在雪蓮花酒店，睡不着（不知道是不是因為高反）（但我在洛扎 3800 的海拔也沒事）。十分想念洛扎縣的維也納酒店。在洛扎的維也納酒店住的兩個晚上，是整個行程裡頭睡得最好的兩天。枕頭很舒適，防止高反要開窗+加濕器。被子厚點是正常的。夜裡就會冷。一開始我還覺得被子厚。沒想到是挺合適的。供氧雖然不是 24 小時的，但是晚上睡覺的時候足夠用。如果擔心高反，自己要帶鼻氧管。我沒有用鼻氧管，感覺在 3800 的海拔，彌散式就夠了。 設施：5 分 衞生：5分 環境：5 分 服務：5分。 如果整個西藏都是這個水平就好了。其他地方的維也納酒店不如這家。衹單獨推薦這家維也納酒店。。去庫拉崗日徒步的可以住這家，當天來回是沒問題的。但是去庫拉崗日徒步的道特別不好走，小轎車的話應該不行。隨時都有山體滑坡的風險。 而且這家店沒有要求我好評。我之前住在浪卡子縣的那家好評率挺高的湖邊酒店，還要我好評，但實際上我覺得一般。

There is no need to worry about altitude sickness or cold at night. The bedding is clean and comfortable, and the window is the trans-channel and the snow-capped mountains in the distance. The boss and the proprietress are authentic locals and very enthusiastic. Wake up in the morning by the aroma of butter tea and simmering tea, chatting with them around the stove at night, listening to them tell the stories of the grassland and the mountains, I feel really integrated into the life here. It is not the kind of trip to see the flowers, but a stop of the soul. If you are looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle and feel the Tibetan culture, this is definitely the best choice!

酒店位置很好，在路邊加油站旁，鬧中取靜，沒有馬路噪音，房間乾淨整潔，面積大小合適，有空調有熱水，今年新開業的，值得推薦入住。酒店前邊有家藏餐館可以解決吃飯問題。

The county town is at a high altitude, so it is not recommended to choose it as a place to stay. The hotel does not have air conditioning, but the hot water is quite good and there are electric blankets. The owner is hospitable, and the environment is clean. It is convenient to go to Karola Glacier, Pumo Yumco and Yamdrok Yumco.

The location is just before entering the scenic entrance of Ramlacuo Lake. It is recommended to stay here at night. There are several family hotels here. You can also come back after dinner in the county town. We went to the ramen restaurant, which was delicious. The owner’s family is very nice, I ordered Tibetan incense in the room, and upgraded the room in the off-season. It is hygienic All rooms are public toilets. It’s not easy for Tibetan areas to have poor conditions. I’ve been here many times.
