Mountain View Hotels in Xianju

How do I even put this amazing trip into words? I’m an exchange student studying Chinese in Hangzhou, and I was totally hooked after seeing photos of Shenxianju’s breathtaking scenery online. I searched a lot of hotels and homestays near Shenxianju, but here’s the thing—most hotel staff couldn’t speak English. That’s when I found this homestay! The front desk team was so friendly, answered all my questions in English, and even took my special requests super seriously. Once I got there, I was blown away: the place was quiet and peaceful, and the room was spotless. Every staff member was warm and welcoming—whatever I needed, they had my back right away. The front desk attendants were always there when I called. At night, I got to stare up at a sky full of stars and really feel nature’s magic.oh,and their food? Really Delicious! And it’s so close to Shenxianju Scenic Area—only a 15-minute taxi ride! If you’re looking for a great homestay experience like I was, this one comes with my highest recommendation!

The biggest feeling of living here is that the boss ㄧ is very kind. The boss mother treats the guests like family. Seeing us eat instant noodles, she also cooks two dishes for us (because I am vegetarian, so I asked her to cook vegetarian dishes). There is also breakfast made by the boss's mother herself. The variety is varied and delicious. We stayed for two days and the breakfast items have changed. Of course, the room is also very large and comfortable. The glass room on the top floor has audio-visual equipment. You can sing and watch movies. You can play mahjong on the ㄧ floor. If it is ㄧ family travel, this is a good choice for staying!

The first time I came to Xianju, this homestay, the environment is very good and convenient, the boss is very warm and polite. The room is not big, but the bed is very comfortable, clean and tidy, and the bathroom is fully furnished. There is also a karaoke chess room and a room for children to play in the basement. Breakfast is taken care of by the boss himself. Although simple but clean and delicious, the cakes made by the boss himself are especially recommended. I have eaten a lot of them. The only pity is that after the bayberry season, if you can go to the boss's own bayberry garden to pick bayberry a month earlier, you will definitely stay here next time you have the opportunity.

I highly recommend staying at Wanwan Farmhouse when visiting Shenxianju!!! I was planning to visit Shenxianju after a two-day trip. The most recent reviews were from 2024, so I called the owner to ask if I was disappointed. She was incredibly welcoming! The rooms on the second floor are spacious with bright windows; you can see beautiful mountains just by opening the curtains. Waking up to the sounds of cicadas and birds in the morning is so pleasant. The owner's breakfast is amazing, and she has clearly put a lot of thought into her garden. Highly recommended! The farmhouse is only a five-minute walk from the parking lot at the north gate of Shenxianju. You'll definitely have a great time. Don't forget to play frisbee with your little one!

I had a lovely stay. The proprietresses were both kind and friendly and coped with my lack of Chinese language by talking to me in Wechat. The food was delicious and my room comfortable. The inn is very close to the walkway along the valley, and there is a cafe nearby. The scenic area had been closed by snowfall, so I was one of the few tourists there, and the snow covered valley was gorgeous. It was a peaceful, restoring getaway.

Shenxianju Star Viewing and Yuemu B&B, which we booked online with Ctrip in advance, is very close to the south entrance of Shenxianju Scenic Area. However, we learned that we were going to visit the next day, and after having a free and rich farmhouse special breakfast, the owner personally drove us there. We went there, and after the tour the boss came to pick us up and meet us at the B&B. Although we only stayed for two short nights, we felt very satisfied. Not only was the room comfortable and clean, the facilities were complete, but the service was warm and thoughtful. They took the initiative to help us carry our suitcases to the room where we were staying and introduced Shenxianjunan It is a leisure route suitable for the elderly, entering from the south gate and exiting from the south gate. The main attractions are basically visited, which saves us effort and time without wasting our legs. In particular, some of the intangible cultural heritage handicrafts and wood carving master-level products of the B&B owner are particularly unique and worthy of praise. Secondly, the delicious dishes cooked by the landlady are full of fragrance and taste, and the taste will be unforgettable for a long time. We drank some wine and sang karaoke, and we were in a particularly happy mood. ...Everything is good, worth recommending, take photos for reference.

The room is quite big, with 2 beds, so the whole family can rest and sleep. The bathroom is also separated into wet and dry areas. You can hang clothes on the balcony outside. There are coffee tables and chairs for rest. The environment is good and the air is fresh. You can also order farmhouse dishes downstairs. It is quite good. It is not far from the scenic spot. I am satisfied.

It's my first time to visit Shenxianju. Overall, it's very good. I originally looked at other B&Bs, but later I booked the Cloud Cutters by chance. The proprietress was very enthusiastic. Although it was very close to the South Gate, she still picked us up and sent us to the entrance of the scenic spot for free. The cooking was also delicious. Thumbs up. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

So this New Year's Day, I chose her house to get off the high-speed turn and go to the main attractions. There are also many snacks outside at night. PROS: The boss helped us with dinner by cooking for us, since we’ve arrived quite late, and the fried noodles were so yummy! The breakfast was also served hot & delicious, even if we’ve woken up quite late in the morning too! The carpeted floor was clean & comfortable & the bed is soft & clean. Towels were clean & fresh. The shower head is new & stylish. There is a parking area which is safe. TO BE IMPROVED: Our room’s trash bin was still full with trash from the previous guest, and it was placed in front of our room door, they probably forgot to bring it back inside the room, nor to clean it. The glasses in the sink were dirty. The surfaces of the tank of the toilet bowl is clearly not cleaned regularly, same with the toilet bowl.
