IINYOUNGWe arrived late at night but were warmly welcomed by the staff. The room was very clean with new facilities, and the hot water worked perfectly. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and every staff member we met was friendly and kind

GGuest UserPlace is awesome , lawn beside the room is superb, only drawback is the location as it is a little far from main area, so every time you have to book a cab to go anywhere. other than that just loved the place. it is actually cooler than other places in OOTY because of it's height.

GGuest UserRoom allotted at the entry was not lookrative and the bushes are side-by the windows at thesecondfloor. They were little rigid for room change despite of room availability. Our stay was completely during weekdays and weekends. Overall not satisfactory as per the specifications. Need to be more attentive while allocating the rooms and brief discussion is required. My suggestion to visitors: please check the rooms before occupying. Thank you

GGuest UserGreat location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
