GGuest UserThe property is good to stay clean and well maintained, but no restaurant except breakfast, city restaurants are too far auto charges 700 rs return for 3.5 km that is too much, zomato and Swiggy is there, less option of restaurant for vegetarians 2 to 3 only,rest all is good no complains, room 101 should have tinted view glass for privacy reasons, that should be taken care off immediately, request to owner to open restaurant as well for guest atleast . staff is very well trained and behaved thanks 👍

Not so good - the 2 bedroom suite had just one bathroom and the suits are in the middle of reception. No privacy in that sense.

It was so peaceful and had such a great vibe - the staff were super friendly and polite, which made my stay even better. The room had all the standard amenities and was well-kept. Also, they had some amazing childcare facilities and fun games to play, which was great for my little ones. And let's not forget about the food - it was top-notch quality and absolutely delicious! overall, we had a fantastic time and left feeling very happy and satisfied.

GGuest UserProperty location was most scenic with beautiful view of valley and pleasure to enjoy sunset sipping coffee. The hospitality was of top notch. The Restaurant manager Mr Bala was the most wonderful person, he served us food with utmost love and care. The food quality is amazing and yummm. The staff was generous.

GGuest UserPlace is awesome , lawn beside the room is superb, only drawback is the location as it is a little far from main area, so every time you have to book a cab to go anywhere. other than that just loved the place. it is actually cooler than other places in OOTY because of it's height.

1. Staffs are very friendly and courteous
2. Ample amount of parking space
3. Hotel is almost at the top of the hill, due to which you get an amazing view of ooty city
4. Food is awesome
5. They provide every toiletry kit including shaving set
6. Very neat and tidy rooms
7. I stayed at room#124 and this had an amazing view of the helipad and then the ooty city
8. Unlike other hotels, the rooms opening towards the helipad has an extra room for dinner and small party (kind of unexpected but enjoyed a lot)
9. I read some review about being old-fashioned, untidy and damped rooms but let me tell you this, its an old hotel but they have really taken care of it and provided you with everything that you need to have a pleasant stay. Don't go with other reviews, i have visited ooty countless times and stayed in many hotels but this one will give you peace of mind! cons:

GGuest UserRoom allotted at the entry was not lookrative and the bushes are side-by the windows at thesecondfloor. They were little rigid for room change despite of room availability. Our stay was completely during weekdays and weekends. Overall not satisfactory as per the specifications. Need to be more attentive while allocating the rooms and brief discussion is required. My suggestion to visitors: please check the rooms before occupying. Thank you

GGuest UserGreat location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
