the most wonderful accommodation that envelops you in the local ecosystem. one of the two large windows in my room faced a large pond which really made me feel at peace. the host couple is kind, warm, and attentive. As someone with high standards for cleanliness I can say that the cabins are not only new but very well-cleaned, including the bathroom. also I love that they set up a floor seating spot in the room I love laying on the floor. when I got sick the hosts took good care of me and the room with its large windows and beautiful view was the best place to be stuck inside in.

Hotel Location: 👍On the roadside, not far from nearby attractions. Free bicycles are available for rental. Room: Comfortable and clean. Bathroom: Plenty of hot water 👍. There's a small swimming pool in front of the room. The hotel's restaurant is located by the river, with a small bridge connecting to the water. Across the river, there's a small, lush hill with beautiful scenery. Breakfast: Traditional Vietnamese drip coffee, sandwich bread, and Vietnamese pho 👍 Service was excellent 👍. The owner happily cooked two delicious dishes for dinner using the fish head we bought (for an additional fee). Their small pot rice was crispy and delicious. The Hanoi beer was excellent; we drank six bottles. Overall, a 2-day stay: 10 points of satisfaction.

This was such a lovely and calm hotel near Hang Mua Mountain, perfectly situated between Tam Coc and Trang An. You were given a bicycle for free or could rent a motorcycle for 150.000VND per day. The hosts and the hotel owner was extremely friendly and took the time to explain where everything was and made sure you had everything you needed. I could not recommend this hotel more in Ninh Binh!

I was very lucky to stay here during my Ninh Binh stay. The rooms are very comfortable, luxuriously large, and very clean. The breakfast is à la carte and large. The staff are so friendly and helpful. (I had left my kindle there and they arranged it to arrive to me in under 24h to Hue!) The location was convenient, although nothing special. But who needs special when all of Ninh Binh is special :) Super shoutout to Anh, Vi and their other male colleague whose name I didn’t catch. Anh went out of her way to help me ship my kindle. And Vi was always friendly and helpful, one step ahead :) You won’t be disappointed in booking the Greenary Garden.

A very friendly family runs this small homestay. We felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. A delicious breakfast was also provided, and if the weather is warm enough, you can use the pool. Otherwise, it's also pleasant to relax on the sun lounger in front of the pool. Many thanks to the whole family who run this homestay and ensured we had a wonderful stay.

The hotel is located a bit away from the tourist spots, but a bike solves that problem. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained! The staff is wonderful, thank you so much for being patient with our whims. We rented a transparent sphere! It was a wonderful experience! If you open the curtains, the view is stunning! There aren't enough hangers for your clothes, and there's not much space to unpack your suitcase, but I don't think this place is designed for long stays. But it feels like you're living alone in the jungle, which is great! The breakfasts are modest but delicious! Thank you so much to the staff for their support and responsiveness!

Where Hospitality Still Means Something. From the moment we arrived, this hotel got it right. A warm welcome, fast check-in, and staff who actually help with your bags — a rare combo these days. To top it off, we got a free upgrade! Our room came with a bathtub, a nice exterior view, and a little extra space — always a win in my book. After long days of tours and wandering around, the peaceful nights were a blessing. And that rooftop pool? A quiet little oasis — perfect for cooling off, pretending you’re in a luxury resort, and questioning every life decision that led you to deserve such comfort. Overall, the stay was a delight. The only small downside would be its location, which is a bit away from the city center — but nothing a quick Grab ride can’t fix. They also rent motorbikes (we just wish they’d mentioned it earlier 😂). We left with smiles and even a small farewell gift — classy touch. I’d absolutely come back, ideally on purpose next time.

The family that runs this gorgeous little homestay is really wonderful and kind and always helpful and friendly. They provided us with a map for the area with tips and recommendations and also rented us a motorbike. The room was comfortable, clean and the included breakfast was absolutely perfect (I always ordered the banana pancake). The pool area is also really pretty probably the prettiest in the area. From the roof of the building you can see a lot of the surrounding landscape and the kids who go to the local school are all fun and friendly.

The lady at reception was sooooo lovely!!! She has the best customer service I've ever received. We were welcomed and bought drinks and fruit. The room was new and clean, amazing view of the mountain beside the hotel as you shower with floor to ceiling windows. Everything was perfect and amazing. We are definitely going to come back to stay here someday and hopefully be greeted by the lovely host again. Thank you for such a pleasant stay! The picture is nearby the hotel. Hotel located at a strategic location near the bus station. The owner is very friendly and we rented a motorbike from him. Sound proof is not the best but this was also due to us having a noisy neighbour on the night of stay.
