"The E-charm Hotel in Alar is absolutely fantastic! Before I even checked in, a staff member called to ask for my estimated arrival time so they could turn on the AC in advance. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, someone immediately came over to direct me to a spot and helped with my luggage. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive; they not only upgraded my room but also offered me hot tea. The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. There were easily seven or eight kinds of cakes and pastries alone, plus a great selection of vegetarian dishes, fruits, and traditional Chinese pastries. Everything you could want!"

"This stay was truly heartwarming. The hotel is located in the core business district of Yuehui Tianjie, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and kind, even proactively recommending nearby restaurants. She was patient and attentive to any questions I had. The room was clean and tidy, making me feel very comfortable. The sheets and duvet covers were clean and odorless, the mattress was just the right firmness, and the pillows were fluffy and comfortable. The overall atmosphere was warm and comfortable, perfect for both travel and rest. The service was attentive, the hygiene was impeccable, the location was convenient, and the value for money was excellent. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it to everyone."

"Several front desk ladies are very good, giving people a very kind feeling. The room was large and clean, the soundproofing was good and quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and I was very friendly to insomnia. The breakfast is rich, milk and fruit are almost gone, and they are replenished in time. Even if you go to breakfast at 10:30, each category is basically there. Stayed for eight nights in a row, it was really great."
