They immediately came to the room to disinfect my child's wound, and subsequently accompanied us to the hospital for X-rays to assess the injury. The compensation and resolution provided the next day were both satisfactory. I was initially worried that with such an unexpected situation, especially in a new hotel, things might get complicated. However, the hotel did not shirk responsibility throughout the process, and on the second day, they removed all similar large mineral ornaments from every room to eliminate future risks. I believe their handling was very timely, and for that, I would still recommend the hotel to friends. Furthermore, I really enjoyed the breakfast format: a set menu combined with a buffet.
