"The hotel was clean and tidy, with warm and attentive service. My stay was fantastic! The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. The surrounding area has all the amenities, and most importantly, it was incredibly comfortable. It was truly wonderful. Next time I visit Litang, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. It's really amazing! I highly recommend this hotel; it's excellent in every way and impeccable."
"The hotel is located very close to the Eye of Gne, and the view rooms offer views of Mount Kamatra. The twin sisters at the front desk were very welcoming and offered to help with our luggage. There is a Cantonese restaurant on site, which serves excellent Cantonese cuisine. We also received a gift upon check-out. It is a hotel worth recommending on the Gne South website."

"A hidden gem at 4,000 meters above sea level in Litang! The 60-square-meter room is incredibly spacious and bright, perfect for three people. The diffuse oxygen supply is excellent, no one had altitude sickness, and the soft mattress made for a great sleep. The smart toilet and screen projection are convenient, there's plenty of hot water 24 hours a day, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a stunning view. The price is excellent, and the owner is friendly. You can't go wrong with this place when visiting Litang! The owner is also very helpful and helped with luggage."
"23 years to the south line of Geqi to Zeba Village can not find living, this time to give me too many different experiences. The village is still so beautiful, what is better is that the hotel I stayed in this time gave me a lot of wonderful experiences, the journey is happier. The front desk lady and the younger brother are very enthusiastic, help me with my luggage, introduce me to the attractions in the village, the hotel also has a large restaurant, a lot of rest space. The room facilities are very complete, there is a smart toilet and a large screen projection. Although I am not high, the diffuse oxygen supply in the room is also very friendly to the guests who come to Gexuan and have already recommended it to friends around me."
"I left in a hurry and forgot to take pictures. The room was generally satisfied. The mattress was very comfortable to sleep on. The toiletries were OK. This season, there were breakfast porridge steamed buns and a few side dishes, which was not bad."
"The guesthouse didn't have an elevator. A young girl, who looked to be under 20, offered to help with our luggage, but we felt bad and declined.
Later, they upgraded our room to a ground-floor one with a small 4-square-meter courtyard. It was too cold for us to use much, but the room was larger than our previous one, which we appreciated.
There was an oxygen concentrator in the room, and the staff patiently helped us with any needs we had.
We lit an oxygen concentrator ourselves, but then the power went out, supposedly due to a wiring problem. We had to change rooms for the third time.
The room was a bit cold when we first entered, but by midnight it was incredibly warm—the floor felt like a heated kang bed in Northeast China. Remember to use a humidifier; we didn't, and this morning our noses were bloody.
Overall, we were satisfied, but the facilities could be improved. We were late for breakfast, and the young girl brought us four eggs and corn, but for some reason, two of the eggs seemed to be rotten (we guessed), so we ate the other two."
"The homestay is just a few hundred meters from the lower provincial road, super close. You can see the snow-capped mountains not far in front of you!
The boss is also very caring, and any problems will be solved very enthusiastically! ! The attitude is also very good!
The room has hot water and floor heating, which is no different from the picture. Clean and tidy! ! ! You can directly see the beautiful scenery in the room! !
If you want to see Rizhao Jinshan, you can go to the Iraka Observation Deck to see it. Super beautiful! ! ! Face the Gexu Snow Mountain! The road over there is also perfect"
"I stayed here because I loved the design of this manor, and it was even better than I expected. The owner herself designed the manor, and I really liked her philosophy. Guests have a deep understanding of ******* culture; as soon as we arrived, the local children were very welcoming and offered to help with our luggage. We ordered dinner nearby and had it packed to take back to our room, and the local children helped us carry it in. The breakfast the next day was also very special, and the butter tea was delicious. The ******* man at breakfast was always helping us, and when we left, he even gave us hadas (ceremonial scarves) – Tashi Delek! Most importantly, the view from the room window of Mount Genyen was absolutely stunning!"
"This is arguably the best guesthouse I've ever stayed at during my travels, a place that truly embodies the phrase ”home away from home.” Even though it was the off-season and there were hardly any tourists, the owner patiently attended to every detail, from the humidifier by the bedside to welcome candies and small trinkets, to the complimentary washing machine and dryer, and even ******* clothing for a free photo shoot – all of which made me feel incredibly welcome. The guesthouse even sent a welcome letter the day before our arrival, and the owner added us on WeChat beforehand, patiently explaining the shooting locations, timing, and precautions for the Gnei South Line. They also thoughtfully checked on our health, even finding medicine for us in case we experienced altitude sickness… All of this made us feel the owner's patience, meticulousness, and love in running this guesthouse! Also, my mom finally got to pet the adorable ferret manager, fulfilling a dream come true, haha! Looking forward to our next visit!"
"The following is my true experience, and it's the most unforgettable memory of this trip. Before I could fully savor the majesty of Mount Genyen, I was deeply warmed by the kindness of my fellow Tibetans.
Yesterday evening, our car had a flat tire on a remote stretch of road 16 kilometers from our hotel. I tried to contact the hotel, but to my surprise, the owner's son drove over immediately without a word. He brought not only professional tools for the 16-kilometer mountain road, but also hope in a desperate situation.
He knelt by the roadside, skillfully changed the spare tire, and then safely brought us back to the hotel. By the time he finished, it was already 10 p.m., and he hadn't even had time to eat. We can't express our gratitude for this kindness.
Today's breakfast brought this warmth to its peak. When the owner and his family served us steaming hot, home-grown butter tea, sweet barley cakes, and eggs, we felt like family.
The sacred mountain and water of Genyen are breathtaking, but even more enduring than the scenery is the kindness of the hotel owner and his family. They made me believe that the most beautiful scenery in the journey is always the human heart."
