"The front desk staff generally speak English, making both check-in and check-out quick and efficient. Downstairs, there's a convenience store where you can pay with WeChat, which is super handy. There's also a BBQ restaurant, and plenty of other restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The room was a duplex with a small balcony that had a table and chairs, offering a decent view. It's a shame I was on a business trip and didn't have much time to explore. At just under 400, the price for a 300+ room wasn't too bad."

"The hotel is very clean, with great and well-equipped facilities. They truly care about and understand their guests. The customer service is excellent, the reception staff are very friendly, and the check-in process is quick and smooth. Even though I had already gone back home far away, they still helped me send the items I had left behind. Despite my limited Korean, they did their best to assist me. If I have the chance to visit that area again, I will definitely choose to stay here. The service is amazing, highly recommend this place!"

"The room was spacious and the view was great. However, perhaps because of the rain the day before, the windows, veranda chairs, and table were dirty, making it difficult to enjoy the view. The room was also poorly cleaned. The dust was worst above the refrigerator, and dust also accumulated on the bed and sofa. The mattress cover was torn, and the bedding was so dirty that I had to use a towel. There wasn't even a trash can in the room. I often go to Paju for weekend getaways, but I don't think I'll stay here again."

The photos on the website are completely untrue. Black mold is a health hazard. Never book a room here. There are decent hotels for this price."
