The hosts, Carol and John, are very enthusiastic and provide comprehensive introductions. The breakfast is also very rich. It is rare to experience an English breakfast. The house is also a very classic building with exquisite interior decoration. The only drawback is that there are bugs in the house, which will affect your sleep at night, but Carol has worked hard to deal with it. This is probably a drawback of farm accommodation. You can't have your cake and eat it too.

Spacious common area, cozy bed, private car park , new and modern. Easy to communicate with owner with super fast response. Highly recommended.

The room is quite big, but it's a bit cold when you first enter. The breakfast is simple, croissants, milk, bananas, coffee. The Twelve Apostles is about a 10-minute drive away!

Spacious room with a bed, table, chairs, sofa, and a well-stocked fridge. The bathroom is well-partitioned, and the bed is comfortable. It's a short walk to downtown, but it gets dark early and shops close by 8 PM. You can park right in front of the room (recommend the craft beer place).

A very cozy little cabin. Coffee, pasta, tableware, and condiments were all provided, and we made a satisfying hot meal. The environment is definitely secluded, but that's exactly the kind of unique, secluded experience we wanted. The advantage is its proximity to the Twelve Apostles, making it a great option for a break or stopover on the Great Ocean Road.

The room is large, clean, tidy, well-equipped, and has convenient transportation. It is less than ten kilometers away from the Twelve Steep Scenic Spot. There is a coffee machine and milk at the front desk, free of charge.

The courtyard is neat and beautiful, making this a motel with excellent value for money on the Great Ocean Road. The Waves restaurant in town is delicious, but the supermarket closes early, so you need to go shopping earlier. If you come back too late at night, all the shops will be closed. Your last option will be fish and chips from the petrol station, which can tide you over. Don't ask me how I know this 😭

I slept very well though I am a light sleeper. It is in a quiet and peaceful environment. Lovely cottage. Very clean. A dinning table and well-equipped kitchen is a highlight. I have no problem to prepare breakfast and dinner. I cooked pan-fry beef and dumpling. Also, it is equipped with Microwave. Cooking oil and salt is there too. I will definite stay here again if I have to drop by this area.

We stayed for one night and found the self-check-in and check-out process very easy and convenient. It was also great to have a dedicated parking space for each car. The interior was a bit loud, with a ”school trip” or ”auntie style” vibe, but everything was functional. We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the heating mats in the bed, which were a nice touch for the colder weather. Overall, it was a good, practical stay.

It is a hotel run by a gentleman named Mark in his own home. It's a bit like our domestic B&Bs. He and his daughter lived in the house at the back. When we stayed that day, he also burned a fireplace with wood, which was very warm. There is also a very cute dog at home. Ah, we bought various vegetables in the supermarket and cooked a pasta at our place. Mark provided pots and pans, all available.
