The hotel’s architecture and decor exude a timeless elegance, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed. My suite was equipped with a cozy fireplace, a luxurious bathroom with a deep soaking tub, and a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. Imagine staying at grandma's house, where everything is taken care of and all you have to do is sit back, relax, and soak up the cozy atmosphere. We stayed on the second floor, and I'd like to point out that this hotel does not have an elevator. This hotel has a recreation room, a small restaurant attached to the main house, an outdoor seating area for breakfast, a small bar, and a gift shop. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We had an excellent stay. The location of the hotel is also important to consider. It is a short walk from downtown Victoria, where the main shopping street is located.

CCindyTsangThe location is slightly off downtown; if you have a car, it's not a problem. Street parking is fine; you can pay $19 for a night. The flat is huge for two people. The facilities are in good condition. There are two Dyson fans, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. We were here in the summer, but the temperature at night was around 12-14. It's good not to have AC in the room, and the room still feels cool enough with the balcony door and the bottom windows opened in the bedroom and the living room, even without turning on the fans. There are washing machines with a drying function in the room, which are free to use, but you must bring your detergents or buy them at the front desk. I liked the living environment and the fresh air here. As it's off the main road, I enjoyed the silent evening without traffic noise.

GGuest UserI was in Victoria for a conference at the Conference Center, and Chateau Victoria's location couldn't have been better! Perfect walking distance with great stops for coffee, lunch, or dinner along the way. The Chateau staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with all questions I had and you HAVE to visit the restaurant, Vista 18. There isn't a bad seat in the house with windows overlooking the town in all directions. My server, Scott, gave a fantastic dinner choice (halibut) which ranks in one of the top 10 meals I've ever had! Excellent wine and cocktail choices as well as desserts - as tasty as they are visually delightful. My room had everything I needed including a Nespresso and a small fridge. I WILL BE BACK! 5 stars.

GGuest UserThe Accent Inns Victoria is a MUST STAY! A friend and I arrived last night for one night as we had a friend having surgery at Royal Jubilee Hospital. Amanda at check in was so awesome. She was friendly, fast and so helpful with all of my questions and even gave me an extra duck! Our room was immaculate, smelled nice and the beds were so comfortable. Extra pillows in the closet was a definite bonus! The location from the hospital couldn’t have been better. And the lobby is awesome because they have a coffee machine and tea so you can fill your to go mugs and be on your way! Bin 4 burger is attached so grabbing a bite and drink was so convenient. 10/10-I would recommend this motel to anyone and look forward to staying there again!

TTongxianshengLeoThis is a very stylish hotel with a retro, nostalgic feel from the 1990s. The hotel provides a French press coffee maker, and you can ask the front desk for ground coffee, milk, and cream. It has a motel feel overall. The free parking is really great. You can park your car at the hotel during the day, and parking is free downtown after 8:00 p.m. It only takes about 20 minutes to drive to DT at night. You can park directly at the roadside meter, which is very convenient for City Walk.

GGuest UserAvid traveller and honest review. Booked 3 days and got an older room with a plug in oil heater and fan because baseboard not renovated. Crowded plug in and power bar behind a dusty tv to run it all. But budget so rather expected a few things. Had to stay one more day so booked online , got a better room but upon arriving found a young women passed out briefly with a “pipe” in her hand right at the entrance and because children where on premise I reported as I booked in and it seemed blown off. A man then lead said girl in who was obviously “working” but also in no shape to give consent and I said to the clerk exactly that as well that she had blood down the back of her legs, who seemed to blow it off. I am disturbed with the fact that the young woman was easily going to be victimized. So , if you are ok with that, and no guarantee of your room quality then this is the place . Horrible accommodation, no ,I’ve seen worse, and second room was certain up to par, but the neighbourhood may also allow for other types of “stays” it seems because it was absolutely blatant. But hey, it was cheap!

VViolaLinSince I went there during the hot season of summer, I didn’t notice that the website didn’t state that the hotel does not have in-room cooling air conditioning. There was a small fan in room 204, and the window could not be turned on for ventilation. I stayed for two nights. When I picked up the room, the hotel staff told me that the hotel had no vacancies and no room could be changed. Even contacting trip.com customer service could not solve the problem of changing hotels. I couldn't have a good rest on the first night. The lady on duty at night was empathetic and told me that the hotel was not fully booked. The hotel staff did not change the room until the next day when the hotel staff notified the manager. There was no western sun and ventilation. The hotel staff highly recommended 👍🏼 which made my trip to Victoria perfect. In summer, hotels without air conditioning are not recommended, and it is also recommended that websites state that there is no air conditioning.

MMichellephenomenal experience at this amazing hotel. All the staff were so sweet and amazing. The indian front desk consoled us in the middle of the night at 4am when we thought the hotel was ******* (it wasn’t’t it’s just us). The hotel offered free gummy bears in the lobby, and when we asked for more, they gave us a whole bag!!! (1 kg, selling for 13 bucks on amazon) The gummies are also such good quality they melt right in my mouth when you put them in. The amenities are so chic and high quality i could eat a child. (my friend typed this idk what she meant) The kitchen equipment is also quite well. The staff also helped us scared a ghost away, we slept like a baby the second night after bathing in the tub. no ac was a bunmer tho.🤞🤞😩😩
