GGuest UserThroughout my whole Switzerland trip, I never expect much from staying at this hotel, I booked this hotel because all hotels at St Moritz were fully booked.
To my surprise, the service given by this hotel's staffs was the best throughout my whole trip, especially the receptionist (I'm sorry I can't remember the name) but her vibe was so uplifting, happy & joyful. I totally became so happy after I checked in 😅
The interior design of the room was so unique, yet comfortable & practical. My wife really loved that extra room that isolates yourself from the rest of the room. She hid in there for quite awhile.
The spa area is also very nice & comfortable.
Highly recommend!
