SSatapat PhotanapattanachaiThis was a fantastic place to stay. I was very impressed with both the room and the service. The room was clean, the bed, pillows, and blankets were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The owner provided excellent service from the moment I arrived, giving me recommendations for places to visit the next day. They even had toys for my son. The owner brought them to the room and gave me great advice throughout the stay. The next day, when I went to the national park, the owner helped me buy tickets and took me to the bus. My father couldn't go to the park with me, so the owner let him wait at the hotel, gave him a room to rest in for free, and even provided him with free food.

MM23955****The owner was very welcoming, the rooms were large and spacious, and the facilities were all complete, making for a great stay. Parking was convenient in front of the guesthouse, and there was even a water hose for washing your car. There was a rooftop terrace where you could enjoy the breeze and cool off in the evenings, and also a laundry room for doing laundry.

GGuest UserSuper close to park entrance and restaurants. Excellent room with easy to connect (bring hdmi cable) projector to watch a movie. Lots of free bottled water and friendly staff. The bathroom facilities could use a bit of tender love and care. The bath is amazing but super hot and the bathrooms are just lacking last finishing touch. Breakfast was not our style; corn vegetabel soup. The bed is amazing, not too hard like many Chinese. Also, our room was actually smoke free, contrary to many other “non smoking” rooms. Excellent stay! Picture is view from our room. We were on the top floor, room with large tub.

GGuest UserIt took quite a long time for the heater to start working. We booked three rooms and experienced the same issue in all of them. There appeared to be only one staff member handling all tasks—cleaning, registration, and driving—likely due to the low season in December. He was courteous and service-minded; however, on the way to the train station, he drove very slowly despite our reminders about our train schedule, which resulted in us missing the train.

GGuest UserI love them. The staff always reply my question anytime I have. I asked them question through Trip.com message and they replied simultaneously. I was there when the park closed because of the wind storm. They were patient and gave me information. I was also got the room upgrade, since they think it would be safer and more convenient for me. The room was spacious. Location is perfect, the shuttle bus station is just a in front of the hotel. I cannot speak Chinese but we conversed smoothly with Trip.com message (The platform is even better than WeChat for my opinion)

PprompamThe hotel room is very nice . You will have both hot and warm water for drinking from boiling machine. Bed and all facilities also good. The special moment is the owner of the hotel is very kind and helpful. He helped us to find taxi to pick up us from Jiaozuo station to the hotel which take about 1 hr by car. Breakfast also fresh making. I would recommended everyone to stay here during there stay at Yun tai shan. Personally Special thanks for his assistance to contact ticket office to refund our cable car tickets.

GGuest UserThe room is quite big. We booked here for the Yuntai Mountain Music Festival. It's only a ten-minute drive from the music festival. The room facilities are very good, very clean, and a box of fruit is very considerate when you check in. The environment here is much better than the B&B next to the music festival. It is safe and hygienic, and the parking is convenient. There are many restaurants next to the hotel, which taste good. The music festival is very exciting and will come again next year

AAnonymous UserThe biggest problem with your hotel is the service. There is no breakfast at 8:55 in the morning. In fact, it is no problem to cook a few more eggs during the peak season. We didn't go late and there was basically no food! If the service can't keep up, it will definitely not be a good hotel! The girl at the front desk is better and gives people a comfortable feeling
