TTeernigandeReally Amway this hotel! From the moment I entered the door, I felt the intimate service. The front desk will take the initiative to introduce the surrounding play and dining strategies, and also help upgrade the room. It was a surprise. The details in the room are particularly well done, not only spotless cleaning, but also intimate toiletries, charging cables and mineral water. Even the shading effect of the curtains is particularly good, which is too friendly for people who like to sleep late. The environment of the hotel is very quiet, there is no noisy sound in the corridor, the supporting elevator runs smoothly, and the waiting time is short. The freshly cooked noodle stall for breakfast is super delicious, there are many types of side dishes, the staff will replenish the ingredients in time, and the service attitude is online throughout the whole process. This stay experience is perfect, I have recommended it to friends around me, and it will definitely be the first choice to come here in the future!

RRostiute.XThis stay really can't fault it! The location of the hotel is super convenient, and eating and shopping around are very smooth. The decoration is very refreshing, the bedding is soft, and I sleep until dawn all night. Especially at the front desk, the check-in was fast and welcoming, and I took the initiative to recommend local niche food to me. The service staff was on call and the response was particularly timely. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is out in seconds, and even the toiletries are lightly fragrant. The breakfast is particularly rich and the ingredients are very fresh. From service to facilities, the price is absolutely perfect, and I have recommended it to my friends!

GGuest UserNew room but a few issues. Doesn't appear to be any control for cooling. Kept the window open to adjust for the heat but wind was blowing all night. Somehow it closed the bathroom door and it became locked so was unable to open from the outside. Strange. I mentioned to the front desk that their seemed to be a problem with their bathroom door and that I was unable to access my bathroom all morning. I told them that it has made a small problem for me but either that was lost in translation or they just didn't care about the inconvenience it had caused.

GGuest UserBecause we were traveling with a child, we needed a good place to stay, and the Yongchang Hotel was excellent. The room was odor-free, which is why we booked it. They even upgraded me to a free room. Upon check-in, the front desk staff gave my child a small toy, disposable bath towels, and hand towels. The room was clean and cozy. When my child fell asleep and I needed to go out to buy food, I explained the situation to the front desk, and the staff member on duty offered to watch the child, which put my mind at ease. Later that night, my child got hungry and wanted to heat up food. I asked the front desk if they could, and they said yes. They came to my room, heated up the food, and brought it to me. From the free room upgrade to the front desk's thoughtful care and the hot food, everything was impeccable. It's definitely a gem hotel for families with children! Highly recommended!
