We are two couples from the United States. We picked Yunshang Jianli Homestay because of its very high rating. After spending two nights there, we concur with their rating. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The homestay is very conveniently located. It is a short walk to the East Gate of the Xiaoqikong Scenic area as well as to the shuttle station to the Libo High Speed Train Station. The staff, from the manager to the housekeepers to the homestay restaurant’s cook, was friendly, helpful and personable. Speaking of the restaurant, we ate there both nights and each dish was excellent. We highly recommend the fish soup, which might have been the best fish soup we have ever had. Their high rating is well earned.

Great facilities, toilet bowl will light up so that you can see it at night, has an AI where you can speak and tell it to off lights or on lights or just chat with it. Big space and big bed, nice TV with sows to watch. The owner and his kids and nephew are very good to guests. The breakfast is noodles which tastes great. Have hot soy bean for breakfast too. Owner is nice enough to book train tickets for me where I need to pay him back. Totally 10/10. Great amenities, thick slippers and good toiletries. The owner even gave me lunch which he is eating with his family when I just arrived at lunch time. He even gave me 2 oranges when I am leaving the place. Location is great. No complains. For the price, just choose this. It’s awesome.

The rooms are nicely decorated n feels very welcoming , although there was a aircon water leaked late night 10ish , the staff changed our rooms for us swiftly . The staff /personal butlers are all pleasant ,approachable n welcoming . They made the stay very pleasant. Breakfast is a healthy set of noodles , corn, sweet potato, fruits , tea coffee which was comforting , they provide free bbq which is good to cook outside n enjoy alfresco . Recommend

I stayed at Wuyue Inn Residence for three nights, and I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. The facilities were clean and modern, the room even felt luxurious, and the hotel served as a perfect starting point from which to explore Xiaoqikong/Daqikong Scenic Area (around 20 minutes by taxi) and Libo Ancient Town (right around the corner). Furthermore, the wonderful staff were always available to help with any practical difficulties I might encounter as a foreigner; I was received very warmly, and they really made sure that my visit to Libo went as smoothly as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others, or even come back myself. Many thanks again to everyone at Wuyue Inn Residence!

I couldn't have asked for better. I was astonished by the service, cleanliness, friendliness, and treatment. All of this at an incredibly low price. Communicating can be a bit complicated if you don't speak Chinese, as almost no one in this region speaks English. Fortunately, I had someone with me who could. The lovely lady treated us like her own grandchildren and insisted that we eat with her, letting us try typical local dishes. I truly felt at home. As for the service itself, I was even more surprised. We stayed for two nights, and every day they cleaned the room, changed the towels, provided slippers, a new toothbrush, and a bottle of water. In the evening, she insisted on giving us fruit. Regarding the location, it's very convenient, as it's just a 10-minute walk from the bus stop that takes you to the main attractions and also to the train station. As a foreign tourist, I highly recommend it!

Honestly I felt sad to be leaving after 4 nights in this hostel, largely because the owners have been so helpful and friendly that it felt like home! I seemed to be the only person in the common area, together with the owners, each evening when I got back from the parks. I also appreciate Libo so much after spending time in huge cities like Chongqing and Chengdu - it feels so relaxed and intimate, and there's also so much good food around. İt really is a pity that many people are going straight to Xiaoqikong from Guiyang for a day trip only --- there's so much charm to this small town. The hostel is in a great location --- a 7 minute walk away from the bus stop that takes you to the train station and the scenic area, as well as on a street with food shops, and fruit stalls. I loved that. İt is kept very clean. The curtains on the bed are so creative and sweet.

The B&B is clean and newly decorated. The beds are moderately soft and hard, and there is a small sofa that you can lie down on. The location is not in a busy city, but it is close to Xiaoqikong. I walked there in about seven minutes from the Dongmen bus parking lot. When I went out to Xiaoqikong, I asked the boss to ask the uncle to take a sightseeing car to the entrance of the scenic spot. The only drawback is poor sound insulation. The sound of people talking in the corridor when the door next door is locked is very clear.

The store owner was very friendly and took the initiative to contact us in advance to inquire about the arrival time. We booked two rooms and upgraded a parent-child room, which was very generous! I would recommend it to my friends. After checking out, they knew we had to go a long way and gave us some mineral water to drink, which was very warm and considerate.
