"The hotel is conveniently located near the West Gate of Xiaoqikong Scenic Area in Libo. The hotel provides unlimited shuttle service between the West Gate and the hotel. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the rooms are all attached villas. The room views are unbeatable, with rolling green hills and lush greenery—a 175-degree panoramic view! The hotel service is warm and attentive. Xiao Tang at the front desk, because I arrived at 4:05 PM, specially arranged for the scenic area to buy me tickets and expedite my entry. The hotel drivers, Xiao Huang and Xiao Mo, arrived quickly and efficiently, ensuring I wasn't kept waiting. Xiao Huang even offered suggestions, contributing significantly to my smooth entry into the scenic area! The restaurant food, especially the black goat stew, was superb. The waitresses were exceptionally helpful; even though I ate late, one waitress worked overtime for me, showing great dedication and responsibility. Breakfast was delivered to my room—a breakfast with an amazing view! This hotel has top-notch facilities and services; I will definitely stay here again when I visit Xiaoqikong in Libo. It's fantastic!"

"Facilities: The whole house is smart, the projector is very clear, and the bed is very comfortable.
Cleanliness: Very clean, with sterilized and packaged bath towels and hand towels.
Environment: A maximum of five minutes' walk from the East Gate, with many restaurants nearby.
Service: Excellent service. Someone picked us up as soon as we got off the high-speed train. Because we changed our tickets to the next morning, they immediately arranged a driver to take us to the station. The housekeeper had already prepared breakfast when we came downstairs in the morning.
Traveling during the off-season, we decided to stay one night on short notice, and the service and environment exceeded our expectations. They immediately recommended nearby restaurants and suggested routes for Xiaoqikong Scenic Area. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very, very good! We loved it!"

GGuest UserI did some research on Ctrip before I went there and chose this one mainly because 1. It is close to the scenic spot, 3 minutes walk 2. The reviews are good. Although the price is more expensive than usual, I was not disappointed when I arrived. The environment is no different from the pictures. The most important thing about a B&B is that it has a good environment and is clean and hygienic. Most B&Bs in Guizhou are built by locals themselves, and there is no design at all. This one is very designed. The boss is really different. The breakfast in the morning is also good. The boss is a couple, from Northeast China and Hunan. They are very nice. They prepare a route map for each guest and make breakfast personally. Nice

MM43221****The room was clean and tidy, and the guesthouse's location was superb. The room's balcony offered stunning mountain and river views. In the morning, opening the window, you could see the mountains shrouded in mist. The bedding was comfortable, and ethnic costumes were provided. In the evening, there was a Yao ethnic medicinal foot bath. There's an orchard behind the guesthouse, and you can also go up to the rooftop for photos. There's also a large swimming pool next to the coffee house. The service was excellent.

GGuest UserThis is the first time I've proactively written a positive review for a guesthouse. First of all, the service was impeccable, absolutely fantastic. The owner was very kind and welcoming. The environment was beautiful, the air was fresh, the rooms were spacious, and the balcony offered a wide view. They also provided a complimentary tea-making set meal, and the TV could be used to cast movies. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast noodles were incredibly delicious—thin, flavorful, and even better than what you can buy elsewhere. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the experience and will definitely choose this guesthouse again next time I visit Libo.

Advantages:
1. Excellent location next to the ancient city.
2. The rooftop swimming pool is quite nice with a wide view.
3. The staff were very attentive and provided good service, but the products and details didn't live up to the price.
4. The hotel has a light luxury design with a nice bar atmosphere.
5. The breakfast was delicious and nutritionally balanced, with freshly cut fruit and freshly ground coffee available in the morning.
6. The complimentary gift of wine and small tea packets was a thoughtful touch.
7. High-speed rail shuttle service was provided, but we didn't use it.
Disadvantages:
1. The location is average; there are no views from the rooms, as it's located in a corner on the edge of the ancient city.
2. The fruit and pastries served initially weren't fresh.
3. The room design is unreasonable; the bathroom glass in the standard room and family room is semi-transparent.
4. There's no extra place to hang clothes in the room, and the electrical outlets are unstable.
The air conditioner switch is conveniently located in the middle of the bed; it's very hot when you enter, and you have to run to the bed to turn it on. The room lacks smart home features, unlike other rooms costing around 200 yuan.
5. The foot bath basin was tiny, the herbal medicine packet was also tiny, and the water they delivered was probably boiling water; I almost got scalded. I had to add cold water until it was almost overflowing before I could soak my feet. Compare that to the huge packet from Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village.

GGuest UserMost nature reserves strictly restrict visitors to enter, but Maolan Reserve is very rare to not only allow in-depth visits, but also live in local homestays and experience the most authentic natural ecology with local guides.
Father Awang took us deep into the funnel forest. The old guide, who was in his 60s, once led him through Maolan Senli, and occasionally talked about past events, such as Bell's fun, which made us laugh.
Another guide took us to explore the undeveloped caves. We followed the guide, headlights deep into the cave, the top of the cave with bats, crystal clear stalactites, these rare sights are near.
Most special is the night ecological observation. For seven consecutive nights, we were able to follow Awang to find nocturnal animals. Under his guidance, we observed various creatures such as tigers, tree frogs, tree fins, stone dragonflies, and even encountered snakes. The insect species is even more abundant, such as scorpion, cockroach, scorpion, stove horse, bamboo knot insect. Everyone turned off the flashlight by the river and saw the flashing fireflies on the opposite mountain, which was extremely romantic. Awang's lamp-trap installation at his own mountain top attracted so many moths that people could hardly get close.
The last night before leaving, the weather was clear, we turned off the flashlight to find fireflies, harvested the sky full of stars, the number that has never been seen in the city!
The food at the homestay is also unforgettable. Awang makes authentic southern Anhui dishes, which are large and delicious and affordable. My child usually eats very picky meals, but he can eat several bowls of rice every night with the dishes he cooks. The simple local ingredients have become delicious for appetizers in his hands.
Our family had a great time and will stay here again next time.

1. From the hotel to the scenic area, you can take a small path. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the east gate entrance of the scenic area. It is very convenient;
2. Especially after leaving the scenic area, it takes no more than 3 minutes to walk back to the hotel from the east exit;
3. There are many dining options nearby, and you can choose restaurants or snacks. It is really a great location to visit Xiaoqikong
Environment: The hotel is very uniquely decorated, with many public areas for leisure and photography. Some rooms also have independent small gardens, which are very comfortable
Service: There is a free pick-up service. When the boss is not busy, he will drive himself to avoid congested roads and see the scenery outside the scenic area

We didn't eat out at night, so we ordered food at the B&B, which was also very good! The noodles for breakfast were also delicious! In short, this is a highly recommended hotel! __WeChat260775****The environment here is lovely, it's a cabin in the forest with fresh air. Waking up to the sounds of insects and birds in the morning is incredibly therapeutic. It's very close to Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, allowing you to experience it without crowds. However, entry is only permitted from 8 AM, so the 'exclusive' time is only about 10 minutes, making it not great value for money. If the hotel could arrange for guests to enter half an hour earlier, business would likely improve significantly. The service is decent; they provided pick-up and drop-off when we went to eat outside the East Gate. The room was a bit small, but the bedding was quite comfortable. I'm not sure why they installed a frosted glass door instead of a wooden one for the entrance; the frosted door lets in light, which isn't ideal for light sleepers. My biggest complaint is the breakfast – it was very basic. There was no milk or soy milk, and the rice noodles tasted average. The only steamed buns were red bean paste buns and plain mantou, so there wasn't much to eat.

Nestled beside a river and lake, surrounded by mountains and water, the scenery is picturesque, as if we were transported to a romantic landscape painting. Lying on the terrace chairs at night, gazing at the starry sky together and feeling the gentle breeze, it was a wonderful feeling that added so much sweetness to our relationship. The room amenities were fantastic, with a Dyson hair dryer, L'Occitane toiletries, and De Rucci bedding, providing the ultimate in comfort. The butler service was incredibly attentive and responsive, preparing a romantic couple's dinner and arranging kayaking activities for us, allowing us to fully enjoy our time together. In short, this is a couple's paradise, and we'll definitely be back!
