00超驚喜的南山竹海民宿體驗，住兩天都捨不得走！ 來南山竹海旅遊，最幸運的就是選對了這家民宿！住了整整兩天，從入住到離開全程舒心，完全超出預期～ 民宿的環境真的太戳我了！屋後有棵掛滿果實的柿子樹，紅澄澄的果子襯着白牆，隨手一拍都是田園小景。旁邊還有一方池塘，風吹過泛起漣漪，配上週圍的綠植，滿是詩情畫意，坐在這裏發呆都覺得愜意。我住的房間帶獨立陽台，清晨拉開窗簾就能呼吸到山林間的清新空氣，遠離城市喧囂，太治癒了！ 重點誇誇老闆家的招牌魚頭！都是自家新鮮現做的，湯汁奶白濃郁，魚肉鮮嫩無腥，一口下去鮮掉眉毛，連湯都忍不住喝光，絕對是來這兒不能錯過的美味～ 而且民宿衞生做得超到位，房間裏一塵不染，床品乾淨柔軟，住着特別安心。就是第二天那個雞不太好吃，裏面的配菜筍和蘑菇還可以。 老闆和老闆娘人也特別熱情，會耐心推薦遊玩路線，還會分享當地小眾打卡點，細節處滿是貼心。不管是環境、衞生還是美食，都無可挑剔，下次來南山竹海一定還住這兒！推薦給所有來旅遊的朋友，閉眼沖不踩雷～

GGuest UserOur recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect.
Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled.
What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team.
We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

GGuest UserFood: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

MM268665****A large hotel closest to Nanshan Bamboo Sea, with a good living environment and its own hot spring. It's convenient to go by train and recharge. It is a ten-minute walk from the hotel to Nanshan Bamboo Sea Scenic Area. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is also very nice and has ample portions. We, four adults and two children, ordered a set meal for 2-3 people, but we didn’t finish it. There are also many farmhouse restaurants in the surrounding area, with high ratings, affordable prices, and no pitfalls. There is also a children's play area and a large lawn on the first floor of the hotel, so there is no problem for children to play all day long. We also saw squirrels in the trees, the environment was absolutely perfect! It's a pity that I didn't take a dip in the hot spring, which is said to be a local specialty. The butler thoughtfully gave us many souvenirs, including snacks, toys, and Starbucks coffee coupons. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also good, with rich varieties and complete supplies.

Walking to People's Square is about 900 meters, taking a taxi to Tianmu Lake for about 14 kilometers, there are also buses 🚌 to go (9th road down for a while), it is very convenient to reach in all directions. Secondly, the service is very good, responsive, and delayed. The breakfast was opened at six o'clock in the morning on the horse race, which solved the big problem. The two points are most satisfied. MM425341****We booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

DDORISTAOOMy boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

AAkengThe hotel has a beautiful and quiet environment. Every step you take brings you a new view. Whether it is the bamboo forest, tea mountain, river beach, courtyard, or swimming pool, there are surprises everywhere! The fresh air after the rain makes people want to take a deep breath. Special thanks to the housekeeper Xiao Xu for the careful arrangement, free room upgrade, and meticulous and thoughtful tips, which made us feel the enthusiasm and sincerity of the hotel. Although the hot spring is not big, it is enough to soak away the fatigue brought by the mountain climbing and have a good night's sleep. The breakfast is mainly Chinese and tastes good. The hotel is also close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea and Dajue Temple. It is worth coming again!
