The front desk lady made coffee, and the technician even put a towel under the stool. The manager was very helpful and helpful. Overall, it was very good.

The amenities in the room were absolutely amazing – they had everything from underwear detergent to hand sanitizer and hairspray. My favorite was the laundry service, which was available even late at night. The breakfast on the 6th floor was also a highlight, featuring local specialties like Wagan soup and Nanchang rice noodles – very authentic. The front desk staff was incredibly polite, thoughtful, and attentive. Thumbs up! I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

What impressed me the most was the staff — every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They even assisted me with returning a parcel, which saved me a lot of trouble. No matter what I needed, they were always flexible and solution-oriented, thinking from the guest’s perspective instead of sticking rigidly to rules. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I could reach out to them and they would do their best to solve it — even late at night or in the early hours of the morning. That level of dedication is truly rare. The hotel is also very smart and modern. The in-room system can be controlled by Xiaodu, which made everything super convenient and added a nice tech-savvy touch to the stay. As a foreign guest, I really appreciated how foreigner-friendly the hotel is — the check-in process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is in a prime area, with a subway station just across the street, making it extremely easy to get around the city. The railway station is also only about a 10-minute walk away, which is perfect for travelers. Everything felt accessible and convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect — service, convenience, technology, and location. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The next time I come back to Nanchang, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Tengwang Pavilion scenic area is just another 10-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. The underground parking is ample, and they even offer authentic local mixed noodles in the evening, which is a lovely touch.

JJason Zhou WSI really love the room and also the bed and pillows, it's fantastic!! And also the in room TV is good~~ The location is superb, walking distance to one of the main attraction wanshou palace where there are plenty of food option and also when night falls the place comes alive with pubs and local talent performing. And also, the service and friendliness of the receptionists brings the whole experience to a whole new level. Will definitely recommend
