The result was that I called me after two o'clock in the middle of the night the next day. I really don't understand why I can't communicate with the guests before ten o'clock. I have to call at two o'clock in the middle of the night, and I have checked out. The front desk does not do a good job of handover. I clean the guests in the middle of the night. Give me a feeling of stepping into a secret adventure, which satisfies my psychology of exploring in Guizhou. plus: If there is a luggage homestay, someone will come down to pick it up and help you move it up.

XXteroI enjoyed my first night so much that i extended my stay. Rooms and service were still top notch. When i left the hotel and arrived at my next destination, 200kms away, i noticed i forgot my passport and wallet with cash inside. My heart stopped and i started panicking. Fortunately, the staff quickly found my passport and money. They ordered an SF, to ship overnight express my passport to my location and it arrived promptly. My cash couldn’t be sent. So the hotel staff sent me the money electronically. I would’ve been stranded and living on the street unsure of what to do, but the staff at 水西 calmly guided and resolved the issue. I’ll never forget how much they helped me. 10000 stars!

GGuest UserI booked a family room with one 1.8-meter bed and one 1.2-meter bed, perfect for a family. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was new and very comfortable. The owner was also very welcoming. Breakfast was 10 yuan per person, egg noodles, very affordable. It's just a few minutes' walk from the visitor center, so I could drive there after my visit, saving on parking fees. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!
