This was definitely quite remote. Beware, it is very hard to get a Didi here, and the location is located up a steep hill, which is not intuitive to find (even if you speak Chinese). The room was a tad dirty and smelled a bit off, even though it was quite spacious. The servious was very nice though and the staff were kind.

The hotel where we stayed temporarily on the way to Zhijin Cave had very convenient transportation. It was right after we got off the high-speed rail station, and the hotel also arranged a driver to pick us up. There is a food court across the road from the hotel, which is affordable and delicious. The room facilities are very good. The waiter's attitude is also very good. There is a rice noodle shop next door, which makes breakfast very convenient. The king of cost performance!

I enjoyed my first night so much that i extended my stay. Rooms and service were still top notch. When i left the hotel and arrived at my next destination, 200kms away, i noticed i forgot my passport and wallet with cash inside. My heart stopped and i started panicking. Fortunately, the staff quickly found my passport and money. They ordered an SF, to ship overnight express my passport to my location and it arrived promptly. My cash couldn’t be sent. So the hotel staff sent me the money electronically. I would’ve been stranded and living on the street unsure of what to do, but the staff at 水西 calmly guided and resolved the issue. I’ll never forget how much they helped me. 10000 stars!
