The boss only paid a nominal fee and reached my wish. I was very happy. The hotel’s food was very delicious. The boss’s old mother took the spoon and the sour soup fish was very authentic and delicious. We both finished a large pot of sour soup fish. We had a lot of support. We had lunch at the hotel at noon the next day and left reluctantly. Good place, good hotel, good family 💐

Service: The front desk sister has a very good attitude, but the professionalism needs to be improved. I originally booked for 2 consecutive nights. I changed the check-in message on the Trip.com platform in advance. I canceled the check-in the next day. I also communicated with the front desk in advance and checked out the card. The result was that I called me after two o'clock in the middle of the night the next day. I really don't understand why I can't communicate with the guests before ten o'clock. I have to call at two o'clock in the middle of the night, and I have checked out. The front desk does not do a good job of handover. I clean the guests in the middle of the night. I can't sleep at all in the middle of the night. I hope I can improve the front desk training.

This was definitely quite remote. Beware, it is very hard to get a Didi here, and the location is located up a steep hill, which is not intuitive to find (even if you speak Chinese). The room was a tad dirty and smelled a bit off, even though it was quite spacious. The servious was very nice though and the staff were kind.

The room is large and well-equipped. The hotel is in a great location and easy to find. It is very convenient for shopping and dining around. I didn't expect that there is such a good hotel with great value for money in Qianxi.

The room is clean and tidy, the bathroom has no smell, downstairs is Shuixi Avenue, there is a rich breakfast in the morning, next time you come to travel, you will continue to choose the Luxi Hotel, hahaha

I booked the hotel for the car pick-up service, but I forgot about this service when I arrived at Qianxi High-speed Railway Station. As a result, the hotel was not too far to walk to, and the hotel sent a car to the high-speed railway station when I left. I was very satisfied with the service.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station. It just happened that I had to catch the car the next day. It was really convenient. The room was well lit during the day. It was quiet at night. All aspects of hygiene were quite good. I will choose to stay at this hotel next time.

I enjoyed my first night so much that i extended my stay. Rooms and service were still top notch. When i left the hotel and arrived at my next destination, 200kms away, i noticed i forgot my passport and wallet with cash inside. My heart stopped and i started panicking. Fortunately, the staff quickly found my passport and money. They ordered an SF, to ship overnight express my passport to my location and it arrived promptly. My cash couldn’t be sent. So the hotel staff sent me the money electronically. I would’ve been stranded and living on the street unsure of what to do, but the staff at 水西 calmly guided and resolved the issue. I’ll never forget how much they helped me. 10000 stars!
