CCaiyun8686The room decoration is high-end and elegant, the scenery outside the window is beautiful, you can see the sunrise leaping up the Tianshan Mountains, and the snow scene is a magnificent landscape picture; The hotel is upscale and luxurious, with excellent service attitude. It is not far from Baiyun International Ski Resort and Silk Road Ski Resort. Skiing to stay in such a high-quality hotel is a perfect enjoyment.

Ssean590715The proprietress of this homestay is too polite. I booked the room in August. The proprietress called me 4 times. I didn’t receive it. Not only did she not refund my order because she didn’t contact me, she also booked for us a group of rooms and rushed from Urumqi to the homestay to wait for us. It's so moving!
After arriving at the homestay, the proprietress said that the room can be picked by us, and it can be replaced with a larger one. Later, we felt that the original room was smaller and not so cold. The proprietress brought the local apples to invite us to eat. It was really warm!
The room has a big bathtub, but because it is too cold, we did not enjoy it, a pity! 😄
In short, this homestay is worth coming again!

GGuest UserOn the hottest day in Urumqi, our first stop was Nanshan. Except for the heat and the small space, everything else was very good. It was better than the city in any way. The air is fresh and the room can see the distant mountains. The B&B has the feel of Xiamen Gulangyu Carambola Courtyard. It is very warm. The kitten is so cute. The landlady and Xiao Chen are very nice. The food provided is very good and clean, especially the noodles. Qi Zi tastes very much like the soup and rice we had when I was a kid. The mutton skewers and glutinous rice are also delicious. The lady boss recommended places for travel and fun, which is very practical. There is a market at the door, and you can catch ”A Date with Kunlun” on weekends. You can book tickets at the B&B and get discounts. Although I don't have time, I will definitely check it out next time I have a chance. It is close to Tianshan Grand Canyon and Miaoergou, so you can give priority to it. Nanshan Ranch is also good, and you can see many eagles flying at low altitude.

I wanted to ask the B&B to order medicine in advance because I had a stomachache, but I didn't expect them to prepare it carefully. I was very touched. The layout of the store is very stylish. Next time I come to Xinjiang, I will come here again. The cats and dogs are super good-tempered and very cute.

The room had an odor, especially the bathroom, which was quite smelly.
The shower water temperature was inconsistent, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, and the flow rate was unpredictable.
There was practically no service.
Breakfast didn't start until 10:30, and we left without eating.

GGuest UserThe hotel has only been open for a few months, so it's super clean and the view is absolutely fantastic, you can even see the Tianshan Mountains in the distance. The front desk girl was also really helpful and switched my room for me.

HHowson ZhangVery good, new facilities and good service. 24-hour front desk, the plane arrived at the hotel 1 o'clock late, and the procedures were still smooth and efficient.
The ski hall is downstairs, you can ski in and out, and a ski ticket is given when you stay in the hotel. If you ski 2 and stay 2, you don't need to return the skis in between.
When you are tired of skiing, go upstairs to rest. When you are hungry, there are all kinds of food and coffee downstairs.
It was four o'clock on the day we checked out, and the front desk agreed to use the empty room as a dressing room, which was very satisfactory.
There is also an open-air hot spring, but I didn't see anyone taking a bath. I don't know if it's closed. The main thing is that many skiers can see the pool, which is a bit socially dead.
