CCaiyun8686The room decoration is high-end and elegant, the scenery outside the window is beautiful, you can see the sunrise leaping up the Tianshan Mountains, and the snow scene is a magnificent landscape picture; The hotel is upscale and luxurious, with excellent service attitude. It is not far from Baiyun International Ski Resort and Silk Road Ski Resort. Skiing to stay in such a high-quality hotel is a perfect enjoyment.

Ssean590715The proprietress of this homestay is too polite. I booked the room in August. The proprietress called me 4 times. I didn’t receive it. Not only did she not refund my order because she didn’t contact me, she also booked for us a group of rooms and rushed from Urumqi to the homestay to wait for us. It's so moving!
After arriving at the homestay, the proprietress said that the room can be picked by us, and it can be replaced with a larger one. Later, we felt that the original room was smaller and not so cold. The proprietress brought the local apples to invite us to eat. It was really warm!
The room has a big bathtub, but because it is too cold, we did not enjoy it, a pity! 😄
In short, this homestay is worth coming again!

I wanted to ask the B&B to order medicine in advance because I had a stomachache, but I didn't expect them to prepare it carefully. I was very touched. The layout of the store is very stylish. The room had an odor, especially the bathroom, which was quite smelly.
The shower water temperature was inconsistent, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, and the flow rate was unpredictable.
There was practically no service.
Breakfast didn't start until 10:30, and we left without eating.

GGuest UserIn order to learn to ride horses in Shuixigou for 5 nights, the homestay is 5 minutes drive from the horse farm and the ski resort. The boss and the front desk Xiao Du are very enthusiastic. There is a laundry room with drying on the first floor. Xiao Du will help wash clothes. The room is small but it is just right to live alone, like in his own home. The kitchen is particularly large, you can play your cooking skills, pots and pans and seasonings are all complete, you can buy vegetables and meat yourself. The snow scene should be beautiful in winter.

HHowson ZhangVery good, new facilities and good service. 24-hour front desk, the plane arrived at the hotel 1 o'clock late, and the procedures were still smooth and efficient.
The ski hall is downstairs, you can ski in and out, and a ski ticket is given when you stay in the hotel. If you ski 2 and stay 2, you don't need to return the skis in between.
When you are tired of skiing, go upstairs to rest. When you are hungry, there are all kinds of food and coffee downstairs.
It was four o'clock on the day we checked out, and the front desk agreed to use the empty room as a dressing room, which was very satisfactory.
There is also an open-air hot spring, but I didn't see anyone taking a bath. I don't know if it's closed. The main thing is that many skiers can see the pool, which is a bit socially dead.
