GGuest UserRecently We visited Yongkang, and found the Perfect place. Great Hospitality, Perfect location and perfect Staff. Especially Miss Zhang. And her team. (Owner lady too.) We being at new place new country with lot of language barrier but still they were ready to help, even though they don't know English but they never got angry but always communicated using translator. Especially front desk Girl Miss Zhang. She is doing great job. Only problem here was Food, since they have only breakfast which was. Pretty good, but no other meal. And we being pure vegetarian had to suffer as all hotels nearby by offer only non veg. But it has nothing to do with Hotel services, I hope I do come back here in future and experience the same.
最近我们去了永康，找到了完美的地方。热情好客，完美的位置和完美的员工。尤其是张小姐。还有她的团队。 （老板娘也是。）我们在新的地方，新的国家，有很多语言障碍，但他们仍然愿意提供帮助，即使他们不懂英语，但他们从不生气，但总是使用翻译进行交流。尤其是前台小姑娘张小姐。她做得很好。这里唯一的问题是食物，因为他们只提供早餐。还不错，就是没有其他餐了。我们是纯素食主义者，因此不得不忍受痛苦，因为附近的所有酒店都只提供非素食。但这与酒店服务无关，我希望我以后能回到这里并享受同样的体验。

It turned out that the girl at the front desk booked the wrong room! Treat my room as a spare room! If the room is opened and a few drunkards come in, the consequences will be disastrous! ! !

When I checked in, the lady at the front desk enthusiastically introduced the hotel, breakfast, and thoughtfully reminded me that there is a charge for parking at the door. You can park in the hotel's underground parking lot. Like, the room is stylish and generous, and meets the requirements. The aesthetics of young people, the bedding is also very comfortable, I will choose it again next time I stay, highly recommended

GGuest UserThis time I gave the hotel a very bad review, which is really unbearable. The bathroom I was given was room 301, which was unimaginably small. If I hadn’t discovered it after I was already ready to take a shower, I would have asked the front desk to try to get in and take a shower. It would be even scarier. Yes, the person who checked out before opening the toilet didn't flush it. I'm speechless. Didn't the hotel aunt clean it? Why! I often come to Yongkang on business trips, and I will still avoid lightning in the future. This is the first time I give a negative review, which really affects my mood.

GGuest UserIt is a kind of fate to be able to get along with this hotel. The proprietress is very human. She knows that I like figs (childhood memories), and bought them for me.
The two little girls at the front desk have questions and answers, very polite.
The cleaning girl has a good service attitude, serious work, and cleaned very clean.
Overall I am very satisfied with this stay. It is also my most homely trip in China. The price is very high.
