Amazing
HhelenluanCan I say that this hotel is simply too good! First of all, the location is great. Turn left from the train station and walk for 6-10 minutes. The red sign is easy to find. As soon as you come in, you can feel all kinds of avant-garde lights, and the screen is also beautiful. The bathroom is downstairs, and it is free without a room card. Then there are all kinds of free tea and coffee next to the front desk that you can take away. The front desk service is also good. A reminder that if you check in early, you will be charged 30 euros. Luggage storage is also very convenient. There is a large breakfast table with at least three kinds of cakes, fried seasonal vegetables, roasted potatoes with skins, fried eggs, etc. There are also many types of cheese and cold ham, and there are many choices of pickles, and there are 6 kinds of yogurt. There are many Japanese living here, and they can also clean every day. It is much better than the deserted hotel I stayed in in Carmen before, and the price-performance ratio is really high
CChongshengsimayue- Environment: The hotel lobby is not large and can basically reach the level of a 3-star hotel.
- Decoration: Beautifully decorated and a very good environment.
- Services: Free drinks and tea bags, as well as free laundry and drinking water.
- Guest room: The bedding is of high comfort and the room is of medium size.

Enter Märkische Str. 73, 44141 Dortmund into the sat nav and not the address Landgrafenstrase 1. You will find the hotel better that way.
The hotel has parking spaces in front of the hotel and in the parking garage which is shared with the Rewe. In other words, the Rewe is right next to the hotel.
The rooms are quite small, and the TV is small too, but I'm not on vacation watching TV, so the room has enough power sockets and is clean.
The breakfast buffet is manageable but there is something for everyone and offers enough choice so there should be something for everyone.
It would be nice to have a machine for fresh orange juice as it is almost everywhere.
The reception is open 24/7 and the staff are very friendly.
Unfortunately, the shoe shine machine has been removed.
The subway is a 5-minute walk from the hotel and you can get to the city center without having to change.
The hotel is in a quiet location and you can get to the city center in 11 minutes by subway.
GGuest UserThe overall feeling in the small and medium-sized German city is not bad, the environment is quiet, there is a Dortmund Memorial Hall and Dortmund Football Club main stadium nearby, and it is a minute's drive from the station and downtown 7-8. Due to environmental protection, the hotel's free personal hygiene products are relatively limited. What is more unexpected is that the two bottles of bubble water at the room bar are also charged. If you don't tell the front desk, there is no free water. Breakfast is quite satisfactory and dessert is nice.

Very Good
PPieter KooiLocation is excellent with walking distance from themain railway station in Dortmund. Another advantage is that the bus stop for the airport express, which is opposite the railway station on the left hand side is also only a five minute walk. The reception was very helpful and supportive. The room was clean nd quite. Wifi worked well. Behind the hotel are many shops and restaurants in about 10 minutes walk.
DDaniloThe hotel is close to the BVB Dortmund Stadium, which was our main target the 2 nights of our stay in Dortmund. Good service and warm welcome. Simple but great breakfast.

GGuest UserWhile checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.
