Great
Jjust randomLocation: Right by Dortmund Central Station, just up a few steps – incredibly convenient.
Hygiene and Facilities: Very clean. The shower water temperature responded quickly, making for a very comfortable shower.
Other: There was a bottle of water, but it had a beer bottle cap, which I couldn't open.
Invoicing: Since I booked through Trip.com, it was very easy. Trip.com issued my invoice, and at checkout, I just asked the front desk for the city tax invoice, which they emailed to me. Very convenient.

MMajd MaloufWe came from Ireland to Germany and stayed at NH Hotel Dortmund. During our stay, Caroline stood out as the most professional member of staff. Having visited many countries and stayed in numerous hotels, we can confidently say that her level of professionalism is exceptional. She speaks both English and German fluently and consistently delivers a high standard of service with great attention to detail. We strongly believe that Caroline truly deserves to be in a managerial or assistant managerial position, and we highly recommend dealing with her for any service.

FFengbushuohuaThe room was generally clean, the breakfast was very good, the location was excellent, and I would definitely come back next time. The price was also quite reasonable. Overall, it was a good experience.

SShaw0621The room was very clean, and I really appreciated the separate shower and toilet in the bathroom! They have both heating and air conditioning too. The only downside is that the window seemed to be locked and couldn't be opened for ventilation, but I guess that's understandable for safety reasons. The staff were all very friendly.

GGuest UserWe were travelling to the BVB game. The location of the hotel is perfect! You will come to the Iduna Park signal in just 30 minutes walk.
Our rooms were beautiful and comfortable with view of the stadium. All was clean and ordened. Only a little more deposit facilities in the bathroom would be great.
All staff were very friendly. After the game we had something to eat in the hotel. It is definitely recommended. A small but fine selection of dishes that also fitted with the price-performance ratio. Breakfast was delicious.
Once we come back to Dortmund, we will definitely stay back in the courtyard.

MMelanieA very nice hotel, centrally located with great public transport connections. It was clean, and my room even had its own balcony. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was a little small but perfectly functional. The only minor improvement would be a mirror in the main room, but otherwise, it was fantastic. I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed the stay. Self check in process is quite easy. A digital key is used to access the room, although this is our first time using a digital key, we found it quite handy. The room is large even for three people. The room is clean, neat, and tidy provided with a double bed and a single bed, a comfy sofa, a big table complete with water boiler, a nice selection of tea, coffee, sugar, and creamer. The check out process was also quite easy. Surely we will come back to the hotel when we visit Dortmund again.

GGuest UserWhile checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.

Eemilylin223The room floor could use a better cleaning, and the mattress was a bit soft. For a two-night stay, it was good value for money. The front desk staff were very friendly. If you're a female traveler and prefer not to stay in a mixed-gender dorm, you can ask at check-in if a female-only room is available. Overall, it was a good experience.
