GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, the location is excellent, and it is very convenient to go to attractions. All self-service in the hotel is done step by step according to the email received. It is not difficult and just have a little patience. But I have three small suggestions: 1. The hotel does not actually have a dishwasher, but there are dishwashing cubes in the kitchen set; 2. The hotel has a washing machine but no laundry detergent. It would be great if the dishwashing cubes were replaced with laundry detergent; 3 coffee capsules are too few. We stayed for 2 nights and only had 2 capsules in total. All in all, I will choose this hotel again if I come to Salamanca next time!

A very big problem: ants will enter the hotel room. We lived on the first floor (actually on the second floor). We saw a lot of ants on the table and bed in the early morning. The next day, there were ants on the clothes in the closet. I felt uncomfortable all over.

EErics682Excellent hotel, very well located. The only issue was the room's soundproofing, which wasn't ideal; we were disturbed by a guest in a neighboring room during the first night. The staff were cooperative and tried to find a solution. However, the hotel was full, so we ended up using earplugs.

GGuest UserThe cleanliness, the rooms, and the parking were all quite good, but I'm only giving a negative review for the facilities because there are only one power outlet in the room, and it doesn't really matter if it's next to the bed, but there isn't one in the bathroom, which is quite inconvenient. Otherwise, I liked it a lot.
