AAnonymous UserRoom was spacious, good and clean. The only thing was that the reception hours need to be communicated properly. We arrived at least half hour before the stated closing hours but already no one there. As we booked through trip.com, we didn’t receive the instructions to the safe where they dropped all the keys for « late » guests. But obviously we weren’t even late as mentioned, we arrived before the reception closing hours. Thankfully we met a gentleman who had the safe’s access code and we were able to retrieve our room keys

LLily IkebanaThe hotel is located in the suburbs of Troyes, very close to the A5 highway. The room is very small and the facilities are relatively simple. There is a private bathroom, but it is very small. Parking is free and there is no elevator. It is owned by Jinjiang Group.
