We felt the hotel was understaffed, but the staff, although stressed with an event, were trying their best. Very late check-in at 4:30pm. The room was fine as was the restaurant evening meal. But I wouldn't return. "

"Very disappointed with this hotel. The rooms was very cramped and had a horrible smell. The whole place looked tired and tatty. Staff were slow in dealing with check in. The evening meal was poor value and we had to ask staff for the drinks we'd ordered as they forgot about them. The location was good for us but we wouldn't come back and wouldn't recommend it."
