Excellent host, this ideally located comfortable accomodation all contributed to a great nights sleep, includeda full English breakfast, what more can you ask for? Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here while visiting Bridlington,Filey and the RSPB Bempton site where i was delighted to see the nesting Puffins. Easy access to Scarborough, and Whitby too .

Hotel room was lovely. The location was ideal as we were at a concert at the open air theatre. Always were given all the information and had great communication with owners. Room was lovely and spacious. Bathroom was clean. The bath was cracked on the corner but was still functional. The bed was very comfy and the other amenities were really good too. Definitely will stay again.

Very clean and spacious with modern furnishings. The mattress on the bed is very soft. Easy check in and check out process with lock boxes for late arrival. The property also includes a cafe so expect some noise in the morning. The food in the cafe was exceptional. Make sure to book breakfast. Very close to the funicular to the SPA and so easy to access the sea front. Overall a wonderful place.

The room does not provide toothbrushing utensils and needs to bring your own. The sound insulation of the room is not good, the wooden board and the toilet are creaking, and the reception is not always there. Except for this, the room was not bad, the environment was very good, very clean
