It's an older 5 star hotel with too high prices and very poor staff quality as well as breakfast is a joke. We were limited to maximum 1 capuccino per persson by the main waiter - who on earth does that in hospitality?

Nice facilities and rooms. There is a limited amount of dirt in the pool and the kids pool.
Dinner is also lower than average.
I know differently from other Plava Laguna hotels.
If everything was quite easy to change, it would be a bad thing - otherwise it would be a top recommendation.
