The room is nice, management quality can be improved. Room facility should be paid more attention as there is some leaking but the management team fixed it very fast which is great.

There is no reception desk, you need make an appoin**ent with them, and you need pay deposit by another APP, I mean travelio, after You booked. It's a little inconvenience for the older process so much. Beside it, much recommend.

Service are great, when I was concern about the noise, the hotel staff suggest to move my room higher, but the market noise went away after certain hour. Toilet maintenance can be better. The grouting in the toilet floor is mouldy. The room are clean and spacious. Breakfast exceed my expectations! Lots of selections and it was so good!!

1 kamar kasur double 1 kamar kasur single 1 kamar kasur single. Bersih. Dilantai bawah ada toko dan kedai makan. Lantai 25. Pewangi sprei dan sarung bantal guling terlalu kuat buat saya yang sensitif sehingga bersin terus. Sabun shampo sabun handuk tersedia.

Staying in room 211 great experience, aircon was very cold even though only set 25, tv was clear and hot water was well lit. Other than that this room got an extra window that directly leads outside. Quite satisfying for these 2 days.

Very good choice, excellent location

After booking the hstay sends message saying no foreigners allowed. I sent a few messages through trip.com and made phone calls with no response. I emailed also directly saying I am spouse of Indonesuam and please don't cancel if that is alright. I received no comfort and left anxious for hours before trip.com assured it is not cancelled. The guy there was smoking, acted clueless about my booking, Took Rp100k deposit without giving receipt. Asked me to take photo. The room was good/normal, with a new firm bed. Bathroom was clean, but very old and had.foul smell emanating. No hot shower. The lights are bright for a homestay. No amenities at all. The bath towel looked very dull. Stayed one night. Enough unprofessionalism. Moved on to another hotel.

The hotel is in the very strategic area, near the Supermall Karawaci. And various restaurants, a nice coffee roastery, the ranch market below the building. They have public pantry, you can cook if you want. It's recommended only for the solo traveller, better for you to bring your own amenities and towel.

I stayed here few times because of the price also location wise. But dont expect like the usual hotel. Its just at par for the comfortness. For those who are sensitive with the cleanliness of toilets will definitely want to avoid.
