Service are great, when I was concern about the noise, the hotel staff suggest to move my room higher, but the market noise went away after certain hour. Toilet maintenance can be better. The grouting in the toilet floor is mouldy. The room are clean and spacious. Breakfast exceed my expectations! Lots of selections and it was so good!!

The room was spacious and bright, and very clean. The staff were also very friendly. There's a small balcony inside, and some rooms allow you to open the windows for fresh air. The indoor facilities are very comfortable. There's a restaurant on the second floor. The location is convenient for transportation and parking is easy. There's no gym, but there is a large swimming pool.

First time trying superior room, room size is bigger but for cleanliness it is not much different. On this room there are too many mosquitoes compared to usual rooms. For ac it is very cold and hot water is well lit. but the bathroom is a bit smelly it seems from the sewer there is a little smell leaking is not good.

The room is quite big and clean, but the main street in front of the hotel some times quite busy, especially in the evening

After booking the hstay sends message saying no foreigners allowed. I sent a few messages through trip.com and made phone calls with no response. I emailed also directly saying I am spouse of Indonesuam and please don't cancel if that is alright. I received no comfort and left anxious for hours before trip.com assured it is not cancelled. The guy there was smoking, acted clueless about my booking, Took Rp100k deposit without giving receipt. Asked me to take photo. The room was good/normal, with a new firm bed. Bathroom was clean, but very old and had.foul smell emanating. No hot shower. The lights are bright for a homestay. No amenities at all. The bath towel looked very dull. Stayed one night. Enough unprofessionalism. Moved on to another hotel.

The hotel is in the very strategic area, near the Supermall Karawaci. And various restaurants, a nice coffee roastery, the ranch market below the building. They have public pantry, you can cook if you want. It's recommended only for the solo traveller, better for you to bring your own amenities and towel.

I stayed here few times because of the price also location wise. But dont expect like the usual hotel. Its just at par for the comfortness. For those who are sensitive with the cleanliness of toilets will definitely want to avoid.
