The spacious rooms are modern and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. Food lovers will be delighted—the dining options here are delicious, offering a mix of local and international flavors.
While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely choose Novotel again on my next trip to Palembang!

PPenikmat JalananI stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

FFenlibenpaodedae1. Located inside the Indah Mall, it's very convenient for shopping, dining, and movies, especially late-night movies. You don't have to worry about returning to the hotel safely.
2. The breakfast is quite rich, with a wide selection of Indonesian-themed dishes.
3. The hotel is a bit old, and the facilities aren't as good as those at Orange and Four Seasons in mainland China.
4. It's also very convenient. Recommended rating: 3.5 stars

Pros :
+ super good breakfast options. Main courses, local dishes (pempek/model), porridge, soup, cereal, noodle bar, egg bar, waffle, bread & cakes, salad bar, jamu & variety of drinks
+ mini gym with some good equipments for working out
+ sofa on the room
+ comfy beds with large pillows
Cons :
- the room is not soundproofed. Outside noises can be heard
- when I entered the room, there is a certain smell which I don't know where it comes from
