AAnonymous UserI definitely recommend Beston Hotel. What really impressed me was that the room came with a refrigerator – something even the best hotels I've stayed at in Palembang didn't offer! Overall, it's fantastic and the price is very reasonable. The food is delicious, the room is great, and the swimming pool is also excellent. I'd love to come back here again. This is my honest review. Thank you.

YYL Chin ACARelatively newer in structure and design. Love the layout of the Family Room. Love the friendly staffs from the front desk to the concierge. Their wide variety of breakfast is nice and delicious....Its my 2nd time staying there....Highly recommended

PPenikmat JalananI stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Pros :
+ super good breakfast options. Main courses, local dishes (pempek/model), porridge, soup, cereal, noodle bar, egg bar, waffle, bread & cakes, salad bar, jamu & variety of drinks
+ mini gym with some good equipments for working out
+ sofa on the room
+ comfy beds with large pillows
Cons :
- the room is not soundproofed. Outside noises can be heard
- when I entered the room, there is a certain smell which I don't know where it comes from

The curtains was broken~ so we cannot open it.
The sink has lots of red spots like blood and i must clean it with tissues.
The Hairdryer was broken.
The foods soo tasty 👍
And they have totally tasty jamu
