I have booked Beston Hotel Palembang several times for our business partners, and it has always been a reliable choice. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is good. Overall, it offers great value for business stays.

The location is quite strategic; there's a mini-mart and a restaurant right next to the hotel. However, the room and the breakfast area are small and cramped, which isn't ideal if you're traveling with small children.

This is a 4-star hotel, and everything was great, except for the bathroom shower which really needs to be replaced. The water flow was all over the place. Also, there's no bidet spray for ablution. Overall, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

The location is excellent, right inside the mall and very secure. Breakfast was average, with a focus on local dishes. The room was quite large but not very well-maintained. Overall, it was good value for money. I'd come back again.

As a suggestion, for connecting rooms, the soundproofing could be improved as noise from the next room is still quite audible and can affect comfort, especially if guests are not acquainted. I hope it continues to improve in the future and remains a great choice for a stay.
