Great place with a strategic location. The only downside was the breakfast menu, which didn't offer many choices for a 5-star hotel. The selection was limited, more like what you'd find at a 3 or 4-star hotel.

Quite a good hotel, spacious and comfortable, suitable for a large family.

I definitely recommend Beston Hotel. What really impressed me was that the room came with a refrigerator – something even the best hotels I've stayed at in Palembang didn't offer! Overall, it's fantastic and the price is very reasonable. The food is delicious, the room is great, and the swimming pool is also excellent. I'd love to come back here again. Very nice hotel, with good location. Right side this hotel we can find many restos, cafe, supermarket. 250m from hotel there is Bakmi Aloi.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Facilities: The hotel is quite old but very well-maintained. The elevator is still a small one. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, good value for money. Environment: Very convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Service: Decent, worth recommending.
