I definitely recommend Beston Hotel. What really impressed me was that the room came with a refrigerator – something even the best hotels I've stayed at in Palembang didn't offer! Overall, it's fantastic and the price is very reasonable. The food is delicious, the room is great, and the swimming pool is also excellent. I'd love to come back here again. Great place with a strategic location. The only downside was the breakfast menu, which didn't offer many choices for a 5-star hotel. The selection was limited, more like what you'd find at a 3 or 4-star hotel.

Novotel Palembang is easily one of the best 5-star hotels in Palembang! Its prime central location makes it a perfect base for exploring the city, with easy access to attractions and business districts. The spacious rooms are modern and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. Food lovers will be delighted—the dining options here are delicious, offering a mix of local and international flavors. While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. Great service from all the staff from front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping. Located just along the main road where there’s a plenty of eateries in the area. There’s even a pool and small gym, and breakfast buffet spread was a good variety. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel, with good location. Right side this hotel we can find many restos, cafe, supermarket. 250m from hotel there is Bakmi Aloi.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and nice 18m room. If the shower jet could be stronger it would be nicer. It's under renovation and it's quite noisy though from 8am.

Really not recommended for pleasure purpose!! The curtains was broken~ so we cannot open it. The sink has lots of red spots like blood and i must clean it with tissues. The Hairdryer was broken. The foods soo tasty 👍 And they have totally tasty jamu
