PPenikmat JalananI stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

TTalif FirmanThe location is truly strategic, and the staff are incredibly helpful, especially when I ordered an early breakfast for takeaway. They prepared it, and it's a great service for anyone with an early flight. The only downside is the limited parking; if you arrive late, you might not find a spot for your car.

MM520235****Our stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The room was spotless, with great natural light and ventilation. All the facilities were in perfect working order, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm, efficient, and made both check-in and check-out a breeze. They were friendly and quick to respond to any requests. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. Highly recommended!
