I stayed at Aryaduta Palembang for 3 nights and was very satisfied with my entire experience here. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always provided excellent service. The pillows and mattress were also very comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly every night. The breakfast provided during my 3-day stay was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I can honestly say that almost all the food I tried was tasty and satisfying. The hotel's strategic location near the mall made things very convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Palembang in the future.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The room was spotless, with great natural light and ventilation. All the facilities were in perfect working order, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm, efficient, and made both check-in and check-out a breeze. They were friendly and quick to respond to any requests. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. Highly recommended!
