DDr Ajay MalikThe hotel is located at a very prime location though the entrance and exit are miniscule, the rooms are cozy as expected from ITC group, and full marks for cleanliness including linens, towels and curtains. The check in and check out was smooth, and the reception staff were courteous.

GGuest UserThe reception staff was very unpleasant. They don't even have basic manners to greet or welcome their guests. The way they stare at guests is most alarming. Makemytrip already earned accolades but staff like this make things worse why the chips, buiscuits, bhujiya, juice, salted peanuts etc were kept in the room for which we were charged exorbitantly. There was no indication or pamphlet on which it was mentioned that above-noted articles were chargeable otherwise the room was good ambience was good food is average

Actually it was first experience in ramada, staff over here was so obient and loveable.
Just wanted to give two suggestions the first' one is they need to build playgrounds for kids and miles area for walking and secondly swimming activities must acquire for masses.

GGuest UserAn early morning wedding phera of a friend on 26 january& then we were suppose to attend a wedding party at his place on evening. Too tired, shall we go back to ludhiana and then come back again in the evening. Which means we will have to pay for toll plaza four times, it’s 26 jean we can have a nap and go back to function in the evening again. Felt there will be no good properties around, but found about stella on mm t and booked for it with low hope. But it’s having well furnished rooms and quite good food. Quite relaxing stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel has an easily approachable location just alongside the main road, the premises and entrance are clean, the staff is so nice and supportive, the room/washrooms are decently maintained and cleaned , central ac system, the room service is quick with tasty and hygienic food, the breakfast buffet was nice .... overall a very good experience..... will love to stay again there.

fortune hotel jalandhar, i would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service and hospitality during my recent stay at your hotel. from the warm welcome to the seamless coordination among your team, everything was truly commendable. the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and common areas were impeccable, making my stay both comfortable and pleasant. it was evident that the staff takes great pride in ensuring a wonderful experience for guests. a special mention to the young lady at the reception—ms. juhi for her professionalism, courteous attitude, and efficiency truly enhanced my experience. she handled her duties with grace and made the check-in and overall stay seamless and pleasant. her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist were truly commendable and her manager to maintain the postive environment at their workplace. thank you once again for your dedication and professionalism. i look forward to staying at fortune hotel again in the future!

GGuest UserI have stayed there for one night with my family. Pros-reachability, open area, cleanliness. Cons- highly expensive for a 3 star property. They charged 320 plus taxes for 2 boiled eggs. Probably they must be making their own eggs, variety in breakfast is very poor. I had booked room ***** with breakfast. However buffet breakfast was not there and most of the things were not available from the menu. One bowl of daliya was for rs 350 plus taxes and that too without any dry fruits. Verdict- not worth. You might get better hotels at this price with much better variety and reasonable price as well.
