AAnonymous UserIt's very good hotel. Location is good. Hotel staff is very friendly and very supportive. They made sure our stay was good and we didn't face any issue. There is parking available without any extra charges. Also have indoor games to have some good time with friends/ family. Will definitely recommend.

AAdriansiaRoom is Spacious, location , quite hard to go in and out from the hotel via car.if by walking is quite okay. Staff is good, they are accommodating. Buffet breakfast is just fine. In room dining food was good 👍

While the bell services were commendable, the overall experience was marred by the inconvenience of having to repeatedly request basic room supplies, especially considering that rooms were decently priced and paid for upfront. It's disappointing to have to call for toiletries each time they're needed. While some individuals were helpful, these shortcomings detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable experience.

GGuest UserOur family have 3 days trip in Manali and we stay at BD resort. This hotel have the best view in Manali. It’s a little far from the center but it makes your stay is very quiet and have a amazing view from the high mountains. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The chef of the hotel is very nice with tasty local food. They help us had a very good experience in Manali. High recommend people choose this hotel.

GGuest UserThe presidential suite is very good. The washrooms do lack the need for a curtain atleast. The in house restaurant is something i didn't like except for a decent breakfast as the food didn't taste freshly prepared or wasn't tasty at all when ordered in-room. Rest the jacuzzi is awesome, only that lack of hot water becomes a big issue sometimes.

GGuest UserRoom was very cozy. Staff is cordial and helpful. Hot water was there on 1st day but on 2nd day the water was barely warm. Food quality is good although the dal tadka was not upto the mark. Only drawback is that the hotel does not have a lift and rooms with mountain view are on 4th floor and you have to climb up the stairs for luxury room.
