KK_AroraHotel reception service - 2 out of 5 , extremely slow and staff seems lost and unclear.
Hotel house keeping and room cleanliness - 2 out of 5 . Bedsheets were not clean , bathroom toiletries were not environmental friendly and clean.
Hotel restaurant service : 5 out of 5 . Too good. Staff was very efficient, responsive, fast. Food options were very good. Buffet service and options were excellent.

GGuest UserThis is above 4 star hotel. Do not book 4 star other hotel this is one of the best hotel i visited. We stay every where but this hotel impreas us a lot. Very good staff. Near shopping market. Very clean. Have shaving kit, dental kit comb wet etc... I did not see luke this hotel in india at this price. Heads off to owner and stafff who take care. We asked weighting scale and they provided to do weight foe luggage which no hotel keep in india. Do not this you can book this hotel blindly. We are NRI and outside india working in oman aince 17 years. Cleanliness 10 out od 10 points. Book wuper delux room if available.. Thankyou staff..

GGuest UserThe staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful.The staff made check-in easy, and my room had a beautiful view. The reception staff specially Miss Muskan went out of their way to make our stay special and provided us packed lunch. I thank management and staffs for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service”.

GGuest UserWe were three friends from New Zealand and stayed at Regenta for two nights. The place was nice and the room was comfortable. The staff set up an extra cot for us so we were all able to stay in the same room which was great. The place is a mix of old charm and affordable accom and we thought it was good value. The staff were super helpful and attentive. They arranged quick laundry service for us, and even got us a pack of playing cards to be delivered to the hotel. The manager also gave us advice advice about getting an Indian phone number, where to get coffee and info about navigating the train station. He also gifted us some guides about lucknow and Varanasi, where we were headed to next.
We appreciated the late checkout and the hotel kindly stored our bags for our late train too.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Vint Club, Lucknow, and unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. The room was not as tidy as I would have hoped—there were clear signs of poor housekeeping, and it didn’t feel fresh or well-maintained. Additionally, the staff seemed quite inattentive and unresponsive to requests, which made the stay less pleasant. There’s definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and service.

JJaideep SinghNear functional hotel right next to the airport. Rooms are decent. Front office staff is quite lost and confused. Coordination between them and Food and Beverage team is also jinxed. Basically go, check in, don't ask for anything and don't talk to anyone, as anyway they don't listen, and all will be great. The junior team is very courteous and warm.

AAnonymous UserIt was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER.
But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night.
And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome.
I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.
