Having arrived at st Regis Goa our expectations were high and we were truly looking forward to spending Chinese new year eve. On arrival everything seemed a bit chaotic in the lobby and then I soon found out that they were expecting a wedding and the next day was fully booked because of that. As we got through the day I noticed that the staff were all paying attention mostly to the wedding preparations and not the in house guests. From this hotel I expected a better service to be honest and even the so called special butler assigned to us was responding with delays of almost an hour which is not nice for such a so called high standard hotel. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay but decided against having dinner at the property because even though I mentioned it is Chinese new year no special do up was done for us so even though I did not expect given that we were in India and they don’t celebrate obviously but since I did mention at check in this would have brought out Regis standards in a big way as they are known for worldwide but no special thing was organized for us. The shower drainage was blocked and I had to unplug the cover just to let the water drain out. This should be checked before guests arrive. Even the towels had this strange odour which only means it was not laundered properly. Otherwise the property is great but they should improve for the standard they portray and the rates they charge. Also another point to note is that while booking through trip.com I booked a better level room and after I paid it was immediately cancelled and refund was provided but strangely when I tried to re-book the price had gone up significantly and this is not a nice thing to do to guests. Now I’m not sure if this was the booking app failure or failure on part of the hotel but notable to mention nonetheless. So I opted for the normal lagoon room instead because I felt cheated and didn’t want to pay more for something that was clearly indicated. Pool was fantastic and room was decent but big mosquito problem on the property. We actually stayed next door the previous night at holiday inn and didn’t notice mosquitos as much as here so beware and get enough repellant. The carpet in the room also needs to be deep cleaned as it was literally black with dirt. Even spider web in the room. Shocking for a Regis hotel. Hats of to the garden cleaning ladies who do a fabulous job and the valet and entrance staff and the guy who gave us a nice welcome and welcome drink. Breakfast was fantastic so speaks volumes of the chefs and staff behind the scenes. Highlight of the hotel no doubt. Best one so far in India!

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at Orchard Passaros. Upon arrival at approximately 12:30, we were informed that our booking could not be located. After waiting around 20 minutes, the reservation was eventually found. Unfortunately, the gentleman at reception during this time was unfriendly and appeared quite miserable, which did not create a welcoming first impression. We were offered a complimentary drink while the issue was being resolved, which was appreciated. The gentleman who served us was polite, professional, and very pleasant. We were then shown to our room, which initially appeared to be very nice. However, later that evening we experienced significant issues. The room was unbearably hot, as the air conditioning did not seem to cool the space effectively. Additionally, there was a sensor system whereby any movement in the bed activated the bathroom light and extractor fan. This repeatedly disturbed our sleep. We reported these problems to reception. A maintenance staff member attended and resolved the sensor issue in the bathroom. He also stated that he had lowered the room temperature; however, the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable. Despite further attempts to fix the issue, there was no improvement. After approximately an hour of ongoing disruption, at 2:00am we felt we had no option but to leave the hotel. The manager’s response at this time was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly laughed during the conversation, which we found highly unprofessional. Furthermore, the pool area was not as advertised. There were only two sunbeds available, and on one occasion a guest reserved one all day by leaving belongings on it, even when not present. Overall, the facilities and restaurant did not meet the standards described on your website. We are extremely disappointed that our experience did not reflect the expectations set by your online description. I would appreciate your response to these concerns. Yours faithfully,

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard by Marriott in Colva, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail that this hotel offers. They were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. 2. **Excellent Cleanliness**: The hotel maintains an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness. My room was spotless, and the common areas, including the lobby, restaurant, and pool, were immaculate. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, ensuring a hygienic and pleasant environment for guests. 3. **Proximity to the Beach**: One of the best features of this hotel is its closeness to Colva Beach. Just a short walk away, the beach is easily accessible, making it perfect for a morning stroll or a sunset view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony offered a lovely view of the surroundings. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide range of options to suit every palate. Overall, my stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Colva, was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and the prime location near the beach makes it a top choice for anyone visiting the area. I would highly recommend this hotel to both leisure and business travelers and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Benaulim Fortune resort is a beautiful property situated very near to Benaulim beach. Room size is good. Few shortfalls I observed: 1. Room fan regulator was not working. 2. Split ACs were not cooling (no centerlise ACs in resort). 3. F&B ground level team waiters consider guest as fool.. they suggested to try rice kheer in desert and you will not believe that they poured rice in to milk and served when I complained about that then he said he will not charge for this. Such unprofessional attitude are not expected in a brand like #ITC Fortune

An absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not ***y places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits. The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby. Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

Great location. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we ordered dinner from the restaurant's menu – prices were reasonable, and you could even get room service. Always hot water, the AC worked well, and the bed was large, soft, and comfortable. Drinking water was provided in the room. The reception staff were friendly and helpful with various questions. It's close to the sea, and ***** the way, there are shops, massage places, and excursions offered by Sam (highly recommend him, he took us to waterfalls and spice farms, and speaks Russian). On the beach, I recommend the cafe Samovar.

The property is centrally located to at least 3 beaches in South Goa..Colva beach, Sernabatim beach and Benaulim beach..inspite of which it is situated in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Our package included breakfast which was very good and unlimited. The WiFi worked very well, the room was very neat and clean as was also the bathroom and the plunge pool was well maintained and a real welcome in this hot weather. The check-in at the reception was smoothly done and the housekeeping staff especially Dijen as well as the catering staff were all very polite and helpful. Overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay and we would definitely like to visit again. Would highly recommend Vega-a-Boutique Hotel for a stay in South Goa.

The resort is located in the serene surroundings of Colva, just about 1 km from the beach. The peaceful location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was delightful, complemented by the beautiful ambiance. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the highlight of our experience was the staff—they were exceptionally polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

The guest house look old when you see outside but clean inside. it clean more than i expect after long time travel in india. Near station 5 minutes. near market 10 minutes. Only one thing not useful when they dont have any recommend for me any contact for renting motorbike. I lost many time to find the good rent motor bike shop because a lot of scam on google map. But general All season is good location and clean. That is enough for 1 night sleep.

Hello! Russian staff does not say, early settlement for extra fee is impossible. Staff slow, room fund is very old and dry. Unfortunately, the photos on the website correspond to hotel rooms. The hotel is completely vegetarian, the only thing that pleases is the closest location to the beach from all the hotels nearby. I'm not sure if I'll go to this hotel again and not advise friends any more.
