AAdrian JamesWe had a wonderful time on this gorgeous boat. The room was exceptional, bed was very comfortable, food was delicious, staff were lovely and attentive and Ghulam helped us organise activities during our stay. Highly recommend Prince of Kashmir.

The service was friendly, proficient and professional.
I spilled a beverage on the bathroom floor so I used some tissues to wipe it off, lo and behold the tissues turned black. I was gobsmacked. Similar situation occurred in the living area with identical results. So needless to say hygiene is not of primary importance. Also when closed the toilet seat, the rear of the cover was stained with, I would imagine, urine.
The Kitchen: The Chef and the maitre de saved the day as the dinner was of a very high standard, Congratulations guys, well done 👏 ✔️

AAdrian JamesWe had a comfortable stay at Walisons Hotel. Location is a short walk from Dal lake and very central. The dinner room service and cooking by Mr. Manzoor was exceptional and affordable. Staff were lovely and helpful. The room was comfortable though the power cut out many times per day.

GGuest UserThe itc heevan hotel in srinagarv is a fantastic property. Very well maintained rooms, spacious lawns, badminton courts, gym and excellent service by the staff. It is close to dal lake and other sightseeing points like nishat garden etc. Overall, a must stay place and we will definitely recommend strongly.

2. Beautiful property The food was really delicious. The staff was very polite but the room and ambiance of the hotel was average. The lake view is clearly a scam - the view is there but not what you really expect when you buy it. There was no power backup. As a whole, the stay was average and anyways they were charging comparatively lesser than other hostels. So, the average experience makes sense.

GGuest UserThe hotel location is good, near mughal gardens and easily accessible in the city. The rooms were decent and clean, the rooms were not that modern looking but they were good. The food was good including dinner and breakfast. The service was also good, the local staff was nice and friendly. Their carpet shop next to the hotel had a very good collection.

GGuest UserThe stay is very amazing. Got an amazing room upgrade option to suite room. Special mention to mr. Saleem and ms. Uznain for taking care of all the needs in very polite and decent way. Staff was veru courteous and kind. Recommend this stay to the upcoming tourists to srinagar

GGuest User1. Location nice 2. Hotel room nice 3. Hotel manager nice 4. Facilities inside room nice 5. Bathroom nice and big 6. Inside bathroom commode needs to be more clean, geaser sometimes not working well, else basin nice water nice. 7. Wifi nice 8. Bed blankets nice. Overall its a nice hotel for couple and family. I can give score 8/10 to the hotel.
