Room offered for a family of 4 members are really spacious and ventilated. Food quality and quantity are good nice place to stay

hotel drona rooms are very nice as per it's cost and it's service is really appreciable,but the restaurant and food service is very poor, they take huge time to deliver food , either they have less staff in their restaurant due to which they take huge time , needs to work on it.

Initially, i was given a room that lacked an electric kettle, and the telephone was not functioning. The reception staff had to call me on my mobile phone. Additionally, the room hadn't been cleaned properly, and the window was broken, which made the room quite cold. The next morning, i reported these issues to the staff, and they promptly moved me to another room that was much better and equipped with proper amenities. The staff is well-behaved, and the food is good; however, room service is quite slow. The mosquito was also present in the room.
