GGuest UserWe ***** with my friends family stayed here for two days. It was a good experience. We booked cottage and it was fantastic. From room heater to geyser everything is provided in the room. Resort is very pleasant and the food is good. Bf is limited but decent as well. Welcome drink was awesome. Room service and staff are good. We had a good time there. Overall a good stay.

GGuest UserIt’s an excellent property spread across a substantial area, very clean and well maintained. It is serviced by a team of ever smiling staffs that are extremely helpful which will make your stay both pleasurable and memorable. The rooms are well equipped and the restaurant serves some very tasty food though would like to suggest to refrain from ordering the chinese dishes as i personally found them to be away from the conventional taste. The property also houses a bar with karaoke facility every evening. All in all a great destination if you are looking to spend some quality peaceful time. Assured you will be fully rested. Also, if one chooses the right season they will be gifted with some amazing view of the kanchenzonga. We were lucky to experience the view during our stay even though it was very unusual for this time of the year. Highly recommend.

GGuest UserIf photos can ever lead you to a wrong choice of booking then this is a perfect example. Please don't go by the bright and exotic photographs for Palm Bliss. The hotel is extremely average but pigeon hole size rooms. I paid for Kanchenjunga Balcony view rooms and I was offered a basement room, saying that's the only one available. the stairs down to the basement was dingy, poorly maintained and smelly. The room was v basic. linen was stained. the balcony didn't even have a chair to sit. the crew was indifferent. Food was just okay. I guess the top floor rooms and alleyways were better. but this is a rare occasion where same room rent will give u varying types of services and u have to depend on luck. And most importantly the hotel is not cheap by Pelling 's standards. I don't see any positive in the hotel, and unfortunately have no option left other than to rate it low. There are many options at this price so it's better to look out for something more warm and vibrant.

GGuest UserThe property has a direct view of Kanchenjunga peak from its balcony. their chef is the best I found in my 9 day trip to Sikkim. the pure veg food was great. the property has a few maintenance issues as the property is big and not too recent. Great Location, Mouth Watering Veg Cuisines, Spacious Rooms, Toilet Seats & Linen need upgrade. Overall Value for Money. Parting Notes- You Get to See Mighty Kanchenjunga in clear visibility which is extremely rare. I could see.

GGuest UserIts location is awesome, just going outside one gets a lovely view of kanchenjunga next to the police outpost making it very safe to see the sunrise.

GGuest UserWe have stayed for a night here. The property is really good. We had comfortable stay. The rooms were neat and clean. The standard room little smaller but delux rooms are pretty large. Property has nice Garden on the side.
