WWouterThe staff of the hostel is so welcoming, they make you feel at home right from the moment you arrive! They take you into town for food and share their beers with you. It really feels like a home away from home 🤗

GGuest UserIf photos can ever lead you to a wrong choice of booking then this is a perfect example. Please don't go by the bright and exotic photographs for Palm Bliss. The hotel is extremely average but pigeon hole size rooms. I paid for Kanchenjunga Balcony view rooms and I was offered a basement room, saying that's the only one available. the stairs down to the basement was dingy, poorly maintained and smelly. The room was v basic. linen was stained. the balcony didn't even have a chair to sit. the crew was indifferent. Food was just okay. I guess the top floor rooms and alleyways were better. but this is a rare occasion where same room rent will give u varying types of services and u have to depend on luck. And most importantly the hotel is not cheap by Pelling 's standards. I don't see any positive in the hotel, and unfortunately have no option left other than to rate it low. There are many options at this price so it's better to look out for something more warm and vibrant.

GGuest UserIts location is awesome, just going outside one gets a lovely view of kanchenjunga next to the police outpost making it very safe to see the sunrise.

GGuest UserIf-seen villa accommodate us in the situation of rejection from another hotel. Mm t customer care helped us swiftly to locate the new stay at ifenn villa. We had kanjunjunga view in the morning. Clean and nice room. Clean bathroom. Great ambience. Great support staff. Great food, especially breakfast
