It changed our impression that the Italians were not enthusiastic at all when we first arrived in Italy. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every staff member showed a professional service attitude, took the initiative to assist in check-in and patiently introduced the hotel facilities. The rooms are modern and warm, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation is excellent, and the sleep can be completely relaxed at night. The bathroom is designed to separate dry and wet, equipped with high-end bath products and constant temperature shower equipment, and the details show the quality.
