Guest UserThe location of the ryokan is ideal. It is beautiful and conveniently located along the MIchinoku Coastal Trail. The sunrises are spectacular.
The facility is very clean, with shared bathroom and baths.
The owner and staff are so kind and helpful and their effort to speak English was greatly appreciated.
We arrived late in the evening the first night, past dinner time, but was offered food upon our arrival.
The staff arranged for a cab to pick us up at 6 am the next morning to go to the Morning Market.
There was hot water and delicious green tea bags available all the time.
My daughter voiced that she wanted to see the senbei store/class in downtown Hachinoe. The staff went out of their way to arrange for us to have a private lesson with a senbei sensei who showed us how to make our own senbei, with different fillings. It was one of the highlights of our trip.
Dinner was well balanced and delicious as was breakfast the next morning.
There is a quaint train station across the street from the ryokan that took us to downtown Hachinoe at the end of our stay.
We will definitely stay there again when we return.

The staff always treats you politely.
I had coffee after breakfast, but I thought I would have a paper cup and a lid.

Jacq SNot a brand-new hotel but the bath area has been renovated and feels very clean. The hot spring water comes from Lake Towada.
Front desk staff were extremely polite and spoke good English. The room is the typical compact Japanese hotel size, perfectly fine for a short stay.
The air conditioning worked really well, but the room did have a slight musty smell.
Conveniently located with a drugstore nearby for shopping, and the train station is just across the street.
The in-room fridge only works as a chiller, no small freezer compartment.

We stayed with three adults, junior high school students and elementary school seniors. I was happy to have a large communal bath. It was good that there was a parking lot in front of the hotel and another place across the back and road, so it was stopped even in the evening. It was said that the breakfast venue was under renovation, but it was good to have lunch and tea.

Guest UserIt's directly connected to Hachinohe Station, and although I arrived from Aomori late at night during the Nebuta festival, there was a Lawson right across the street so I didn't have any trouble finding something to eat, and the location was great!

I think it is a hotel with a good value in Hachinohe, which is close to the station and has a sauna and bath.
The facility has been around for some time, so it's clean. Especially the bathroom was clean. I asked for a meal with dinner and breakfast. Rice and miso soup are 10 refills. The side dishes were also delicious. I thought it was a good deal at this price.

Guest UserThis was my first time staying here. The front desk was kind and polite, which I liked. The rooms were average and I think they were normal. However, the shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the unit bathroom were in small bottles, which made them very hard to use. What I liked most was the breakfast. They had squid sashimi for breakfast, and the other ingredients were also delicious. I went there just before 7am for breakfast, and the female staff member was very kind and helpful, so I was able to go to work in a good mood that morning. I still have work to do in Hachinohe, and I plan to stay here again.

Guest UserAlthough it's an older hotel, the service is excellent. They offer free curry rice from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, and there's a miso soup and coffee dispenser in the lobby. They even gave me a complimentary sweet bun of my choice when I checked in. It's within walking distance of the city center, but it's quiet and not surrounded by bars. I'd love to stay here again.

I stayed because I had the opportunity to need an inn. There was no breakfast, but the room was clean, spacious and comfortable for the price. I would love to use it again if I have the opportunity.
