TthexIt is located in the city center, so transportation is convenient, and the facilities are clean. (Duplex one-room type / the 2nd floor is empty, so it is somewhat quiet)
However, the surrounding area is somewhat noisy, so noise comes in, and ventilation and temperature control are insufficient.
It is good that the surrounding convenience stores and other facilities are nearby, but the surrounding restaurant area is mostly pubs, so it is not easy to find a place to just eat.

GGuest UserI stayed well at a reasonable price. Soundproofing. It's very weak. I stayed on the second floor. Whether it was on the third or fourth floor, it was noisy until dawn, dragging something on the floor, and it was difficult to sleep. The location is outside, so it's quiet and good
