GGuest UserStayed with a small group (four) in two business rooms. Appreciated the extra space and facilities. Breakfast was excellent, catered for vegetarians (but would like to see veggie sausages in future please). Common areas of hotel were excellent including lobby and lounge. Cleaning was excellent. Maintenance needed to change sofa covers in room which was stained.

AAnonymous UserThe location is very convenient, within walking distance of everything. The front desk upgraded my room, which was much more spacious and comfortable. I requested a quiet room, and the hotel took note and arranged a room facing the courtyard, which was very quiet at night, and I slept very well. The hygiene facilities are about average for Scandinavia. Again, a reminder: when staying in Scandinavian hotels, bring your own toothbrush and slippers; this hotel also requires body lotion. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices, and it starts very early, suitable for those catching a train or on a tour. Overall, a very comfortable stay, and I would stay again next time.

GGuest Usergreat check in experience. Hotel is gorgeous. bar closes at 00.00, but there are drinks/snacks available for purchase. Rooms are spacious are super comfortable. Has all the needed amenities. Very very close to the airport on foot: less than 10 minutes.

GGuest UserIt offers good value for the reasonable price. The room is small, but that's perfectly understandable given the affordable rate. A definite plus was that its location, a little further from Bergen Station, actually gave me the opportunity to explore more of Bergen! Overall, I had a good experience.

AAnonymous UserThere were lipstick marks on the cups in the bathroom. The heating in the room was broken, so it was ice cold. The air conditioning was only blowing cold air. It was minus ten degrees Celsius outside, so it was freezing inside. There was no way to fix it right away. Later, the front desk brought a heater, which warmed things up, but it was incredibly noisy. I just put up with it for the night. It's so unfair that such expensive accommodation is in such a cold place.

They got me the highest floor which is great, and special type room, love it!
Most of the things u need are provided except slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste.
I think most rooms can see the pier view.
The first night, some birds, maybe, or someone shooting fireworks at my window making loud noises and I can see some flash lights out the window. Scared die me.
Food: free breakfast and dinner.
Breakfast was great, dinner ok but love breakfast more.
Trip.com says the bottle water are free, but in fact they will be charged. I didn’t notice that and took one, before check out, just saw the pricing list(ｰ ｰ;)
Location: a bit tricky to find the ENTRANCE! When u see the building, TUR RIGHT! To the right u can find the real entrance( the front one is no longer in use).
very convenient, located at the heart of Bergen, the Bergen museum is next to the hotel. The fifth photo is very close to the hotel. A few minutes walk to the mountain tram station.
By the way, u can ask the front desk and get the key for accessing the roof top( third and fourth photo)

KKit manFor a tourist without car, it is in excellent location, 7 minutes to railway station to/from airport on foot with luggage n railway ticket just cost nok44 , walking distance to cable station to Floyen mount or Bergenhus or Ferry pier and shops. I reserved a small room but got a room of good size with windows and sofa. There are supporting staff in reception always and they can help me for my enquiries. They can provide electrical kettle at request. Coffee is free in lobby. Breakfast is also good , simple with good choices. I will reserve it if I will visit Bergen again.
