Great
AAToiI recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at Hotel No.13 in Bergen. While my room lacked windows, it was comfortable and cleaned daily, making it a pleasant place to return to after a day of travel. The absence of a window didn't bother me much, as I spent most of my time exploring the city. The check-in and check-out staff were notably friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. The daily breakfast included in my rate was basic.
What truly stands out is the hotel's convenient location which is near Byparken Station and walkable distance to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Bryggen one of the most popular tourist attractions in Norway. It is a historic wharf with colorful wooden houses dating back to the 14th century.

LLanyingyinggetianThe room felt like a basic express hotel, offering only the bare minimum. There's no coffee maker or kettle, and the bed only had two pillows and a duvet – no extras whatsoever. Its main selling point is its extreme proximity to the airport; you can literally see the hotel's sign from inside the terminal building. Another positive is the breakfast, which surprisingly offers hot food starting as early as 5 AM. However, if you're staying here purely to save money and not for the convenience of an early flight, then taking the light rail to the city center every day is definitely not worth the time or effort.
GGuest UserLocation: half an hour outside the city center, but the tram is within walking distance, which takes you into the center easily. The rooms are great, the beds too, the only thing missing is a coffee maker. The breakfast buffet is first class - really everything is there!!!!
Only minor criticisms: they rely heavily on self-service, for example when checking in. (That wasn't the case for me) and the rooms are only cleaned and the beds made if you ask for it in advance. Otherwise not.
Wwh20The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I couldn't hear any outside noise at all. It was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The air in the room was fresh and odorless, making for a very comfortable stay. The TV was huge with a clear picture and plenty of channels. The laundry service was quick and convenient, with prompt responses. Items delivered to the room were also very fast. They even folded my clothes neatly after washing them, and they came back clean and wrinkle-free. Room service for deliveries was on-call and very efficient. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a gym and a restaurant. It offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely be back!
WwyldomThe room is not very big, but the wash area is spacious. It's less than 10 minutes' walk from the terminal, which is okay. There is a free breakfast starting at 4 o'clock, whether you have booked breakfast or not, you can eat all the politeness. The service staff are very enthusiastic. Our window is facing the runway, which is suitable for children to watch the plane.
AAnonymous UserBooked for four people, but the front desk said they didn't have any rooms left, so they upgraded us to a two-person room – and yes, the price was upgraded too. Linens cost extra, and you have to put them on and take them off yourself. Remember to bring your own toiletries. The room was clean and the surroundings were beautiful. It just gets dark quite late, so I recommend bringing an eye mask! There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and it was delicious 😋. You can even enjoy sea and mountain views while you eat. For transportation, the #12 bus is available, just make sure to check the route beforehand.
KK S ChiuThe hotel is in a good location. You can walk to most attractions from the door. It is a bit far from the train station. It is inconvenient to walk with luggage. It is about a 20-minute walk. However, it is quite far from the airport. Taking a taxi is quite expensive. Four people per car Calculated, the fare is about 800 yuan. There is an airport bus that can take you out of the city center. The fare is 220 yuan per person, which is surprisingly expensive. The breakfast is rich and the food is of good quality. In this super expensive city, the price of this hotel is reasonable. Reasonable!

GGuest UserThere is no separate toilet. We booked a suite for three people. When we checked in in the afternoon, the sofa bed was not made. Bath towels and other utensils for the third person were not provided until we came back from dinner. Because it is a seaside city, the air is very good. I slept well at night. The breakfast is very rich, and the ingredients are fresh and high-quality. I ordered it!

AAlice Yim ChunThe room is clean and quiet. Reception staff friendly. Breakfast is excellent and they have the Nespresso machine! Dinner menu is very limited.
GGuest UserGreat location esp to light rail, bybanen to airport 150m away from hotel. Central to everything incl Bryggen.
Rooms are small, dusty, noisy ! The hotel operates a club 2 floors above rooms and I guess they expect to sell rooms to drunken revelers who dont mind noisy music till 2 am in the morning - I do mind. Its been terrible as I have a morning flight and getting sleep was impossible.
