Great
LLanyingyinggetianThe room felt like a basic express hotel, offering only the bare minimum. There's no coffee maker or kettle, and the bed only had two pillows and a duvet – no extras whatsoever. Its main selling point is its extreme proximity to the airport; you can literally see the hotel's sign from inside the terminal building. Another positive is the breakfast, which surprisingly offers hot food starting as early as 5 AM. However, if you're staying here purely to save money and not for the convenience of an early flight, then taking the light rail to the city center every day is definitely not worth the time or effort.
DDhiraj Kuwar”Absolutely fantastic experience! The hotel exceeded all our expectations with its exceptional service, immaculate rooms, and top-notch amenities. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. A perfect 5/4– we can't wait to return!”
GGangtou1973The hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk from the train station. The room was clean, though quite small. The view from the entrance was pleasant, and it's only a few minutes' walk to Tram Line 1, making it convenient for airport access. However, the earliest Tram Line 1 service isn't until 5:50 AM.
I had booked the room at a slightly higher price, and later found a lower rate on Ctrip. When I tried to inquire about a price adjustment for the difference, the hotel was completely unreasonable and quite unhelpful.
It's located next to a local neighborhood with a supermarket, but it closes early. A minor drawback is that if you get hungry late at night, the hotel lobby doesn't sell any food.
GGuest UserLocated near Bryggen Fishing Market, the most historic fishing market in Bergen, the hotel has very convenient transportation and excellent environment. The hotel's architecture is part of the historical art. The front desk staff and restaurant staff are very friendly and will answer any questions you have. The room is very large, the bedding is comfortable, and a good night's sleep makes the whole family's trip extremely relaxing and enjoyable.

GGuest UserThe room type is quite chaotic. We booked this kind of ~ there are two choices: just after the renovation, the taste is very big but there is no window/no smell, but there is a bathtub and no shower room. The location is very convenient, that is, there are often engineering cars parked downstairs for a few hours without turning off, a bit noisy.

NNtyjessicacacacacaNice!
They got me the highest floor which is great, and special type room, love it!
Most of the things u need are provided except slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste.
I think most rooms can see the pier view.
The first night, some birds, maybe, or someone shooting fireworks at my window making loud noises and I can see some flash lights out the window. Scared die me.
Food: free breakfast and dinner.
Breakfast was great, dinner ok but love breakfast more.
Trip.com says the bottle water are free, but in fact they will be charged. I didn’t notice that and took one, before check out, just saw the pricing list(ー ー;)
Location: a bit tricky to find the ENTRANCE! When u see the building, TUR RIGHT! To the right u can find the real entrance( the front one is no longer in use).
very convenient, located at the heart of Bergen, the Bergen museum is next to the hotel. The fifth photo is very close to the hotel. A few minutes walk to the mountain tram station.
By the way, u can ask the front desk and get the key for accessing the roof top( third and fourth photo)

GGuest UserNote: This is a review for Thon Hotel Bristol Bergen where we actually stayed. We were relocated due to unforeseen issues from Thon Hotel Orion.
Location: Literally in the center of town and only a 2-minute walk to the harbor and fish market. Although it could get a bit noisy at night as it is located right next to McDonald's.
Cleanliness: Cleaning and house keeping were very good.
Service: All service staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. Since we were involuntarily relocated to a different location by Thon Hotel due to hotel issues, I must say that the change was smooth and hassle free. The booking staff of Thon Hotel was also very helpful.
Facilities: Excellent breakfast services with lots of varieties. Gym room is also available. Room itself is spacious and adequate space for luggage.

RryetravelsComfort hotel is easy to locate. It’s in the city centre. Walking distance from the port, old town, malls, pubs, restaurants and many more. The staff were helpful and always in smile and help to meet the needs of the clients. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, rich and fresh. I have no complaints in overall. My room was clean, in a quiet area and far from the lift. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely comeback here when in visit again Bergen!

MM19485****The scenery is beautiful and the outdoor atmosphere is great; you could definitely stay here for several days and join their organized activities. The rooms are clean, but you have to pay extra for duvet covers and towels, put them on yourself, and then take them off when you leave, as it's self-checkout. The breakfast is plentiful, and in Norway, a breakfast alone can cost a lot, so it offers good value for money. There's also an affordable supermarket right outside. The only downside is the remote location, and Norwegian public transport is very expensive. Travelers with luggage who need to go to the city or city center for transfers should consider this carefully. Overall, it's excellent value for money; there's really nothing to complain about.
