Bergen Hotels with Breakfast

Nice! They got me the highest floor which is great, and special type room, love it! Most of the things u need are provided except slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. I think most rooms can see the pier view. The first night, some birds, maybe, or someone shooting fireworks at my window making loud noises and I can see some flash lights out the window. Scared die me. Food: free breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was great, dinner ok but love breakfast more. Trip.com says the bottle water are free, but in fact they will be charged. I didn’t notice that and took one, before check out, just saw the pricing list(ｰ ｰ;) Location: a bit tricky to find the ENTRANCE! When u see the building, TUR RIGHT! To the right u can find the real entrance( the front one is no longer in use). very convenient, located at the heart of Bergen, the Bergen museum is next to the hotel. The fifth photo is very close to the hotel. A few minutes walk to the mountain tram station. By the way, u can ask the front desk and get the key for accessing the roof top( third and fourth photo)

Note: This is a review for Thon Hotel Bristol Bergen where we actually stayed. We were relocated due to unforeseen issues from Thon Hotel Orion. Location: Literally in the center of town and only a 2-minute walk to the harbor and fish market. Although it could get a bit noisy at night as it is located right next to McDonald's. Cleanliness: Cleaning and house keeping were very good. Service: All service staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. Since we were involuntarily relocated to a different location by Thon Hotel due to hotel issues, I must say that the change was smooth and hassle free. The booking staff of Thon Hotel was also very helpful. Facilities: Excellent breakfast services with lots of varieties. Gym room is also available. Room itself is spacious and adequate space for luggage.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I was trying to use a luggage delivery service to Oslo but completely forgot that I needed to drop off my bags at the front desk by 6 AM. When I went to the front desk after the deadline, they quickly and efficiently helped me by calling the delivery company and trying to sort things out. Unfortunately, the delivery service had already left, so my luggage had to be sent the next day. However, they handled the situation with such kindness and professionalism, never once showing any annoyance, and for that, I'm truly grateful. The room was also spacious and clean, and the amenities were excellent. If I ever come to Bergen again, I would definitely want to stay here.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation. There are many types of restaurants nearby, as well as a bookstore, supermarket, and a fish market. The front desk staff are polite. The room is spacious, and the mattress is comfortable. The lobby environment is quiet.

Overall, I recommend this hotel. 1️⃣ It's only a few minutes' walk to the bus/light rail station, making it very convenient to get to the city center, train station, and airport. Even with luggage, it's not a strenuous walk. 2️⃣ Although it's a bit far from the city center, the convenient transportation makes up for it. You can take the bus or walk. I highly recommend walking to the Bryggen area; it's practically a straight path. The scenery along the way is lovely, and it's safe, so a leisurely stroll isn't tiring at all. 3️⃣ There's a recreational area right downstairs from the hotel, perfect for a walk or relaxation. The main highlight is the breathtaking scenery, making it an excellent spot to enjoy the sunset. 4️⃣ You can get ice buckets from the bar. We went every day to get ice to enjoy drinks in our room. 5️⃣ There's a large park nearby with beautiful lawns and flowers.

The old hotel has a vintage feel and a tranquil atmosphere, with many details and historical artworks. It's conveniently located right next to the station. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, and you can enjoy the view and watch people go by from the window.

After exiting Bergen Airport, I took the light rail to the station, and the Hotel No13 is about a 5-6 minute walk from there. The surrounding shopping malls, restaurants, and supermarkets are all very convenient. The funicular station to the mountain top is also within walking distance. The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast selection was rich and of good quality, making us feel the sincere hospitality of the hotel staff. 👍

About an 8-minute walk from Bergen Station, and a 15-20 minute walk to the Bryggen area, this hotel boasts a great location. As it's a self-check-in hotel, the price point is very reasonable, making it perfectly adequate if you just need a place to sleep. It's clean, and even though it's self-check-in, you still see hotel staff around. I used the porter service for a fjord tour, and my luggage was properly stored in the baggage room.

Convenient location as it's close to all the attractions and transport areas. Supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. A good value breakfast with lots of options and lots of staff with smiles on their faces and very helpful. The rooms are a good size but not fancy in any way, makes it a perfect place to sleep, get ready and explore.

For a tourist without car, it is in excellent location, 7 minutes to railway station to/from airport on foot with luggage n railway ticket just cost nok44 , walking distance to cable station to Floyen mount or Bergenhus or Ferry pier and shops. I reserved a small room but got a room of good size with windows and sofa. There are supporting staff in reception always and they can help me for my enquiries. They can provide electrical kettle at request. Coffee is free in lobby. Breakfast is also good , simple with good choices. I will reserve it if I will visit Bergen again.
